The gentleman who helped process my purchase and showed me recliners was exceptional. He was busy with everyone in the store and took time to write up my purchase, check if a carted recliner was available and made me feel appreciated. Very personable and informative.

The process was smooth-enough. The style I desired was not available in the desired color. The staff was knowledgeable about policy, so they were aware (& honored the fact) that I did not have to have my credit run. I was there close to closing, they remained patient and polite. There was a slight bump, it was worked through quickly! 10/10 recommend

The customer service was great. Mr Applewhite went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was great. I got my sectional for a great price and the delivery men were very friendly and efficient. They out my furniture together so fast! I was expecting them to be there for hours. But I think it took 45 minutes at the most. I highly recommend Kimbrell’s.

I actually have one of the best experiences buying a couch and a rug from this store. Kendell was the absolute BEST! Now, everyone in the store was great 😊! Kind, friendly and helpful.
I will definitely keep my relationship with this location when I need to purchase anything else.

I bought a leather sofa recliner and an ottoman. The Manager Mr. Greg Applewhite assisted me with my selections and purchase. We matched the ottoman with the sofa (it did not come with the sofa). I wanted a chaise on the end of the sofa. Mr. Applewhite went above and beyond in helping me find the right furniture. Everyone was very nice and treated me as a valued customer. The delivery staff was professional and treated my furniture with excellent care. They delivered my furniture in 2 days. I will be returning to Kimbrell's Furniture store for all my future furniture purchases. Thank you for being an excellent company. BKW

In and out quickly and efficiently. The sales person was quick and attentive to my needs. I told him exactly what I needed, and he got exactly what I needed. And the guys on the truck actually beat me to the house. The fact that it’s right down the street from me, makes it a good bet that I’ll be going there again. And the pricing cannot be beat!

Very easy to get in and walk around. Rodney was great help to see if we had any questions and make sure we were looking at the right things for what we needed. Found the perfect couch for my apartment after a day full of moving and looking at several places.

I have been looking for a sofa for more than 6 months. Due to the pandemic, just about every store has items back ordered for several weeks (Ashley is the worst of them all).

I found Kimbrell's via a google search yesterday, found a sofa I liked, and the sofa got delivered the same day. After been told for months that I wouldn't get my sofa for 12 to 20 weeks, this was a win for me. Rodney and Gary contributed greatly to this fast turnaround, they both provided excellent service! Thank you!!

They almost lost the sale because of one of their Admins called Rosemary, she has no sense of customer service nor does she understand what it means to support a sales team. Just ignore her like I did, and deal with the men in the store, they're so much easier to work with.

I would also highly recommend you do your research on prices before you commit to making a purchase at Kimbrell's or any other furniture store, otherwise, you might end up paying more than you need to. Don't be afraid to negotiate (be reasonable though lol) or see if they would compete, and price match with other vendors. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Very warm and friendly staff very detail oriented

I don’t always take the time to write a review but my experience each time I visit Kimbrell’s in Durham deserves recognition. From the moment you walk in the store, it is clean, the furniture is placed nicely and the staff is very welcoming. Someone greets you within seconds of arriving and they will take the time to come over to ask if you need any assistance. So often I visit other furniture stores and can’t even get someone to say hello let alone come over and ask how they can help. I appreciate the days of good customer service and Kimbrell’s is just that! Greg is one of the best managers and his staff are all great! The furniture is always delivered on time and someone takes the time to put it together. There are lots of great options there in the store. It truly is one of the best shopping experiences. Great job Kimbrell’s!

Been with kimbrell for maybe 8 years and they are reliable not stressful they work with you and you always have the up most respect for you this is my go too when I need to purchase thank you kimbrells
