Bulwark Exterminating

We moved from a concrete jungle into a forest… do you know what kinds of spiders and critters are in the forest??? I did not… I’m so grateful for Bulwark - the spiders are welcome to stay in the woods, but Bulwark keeps them out of my house and I could not be happier to see them on their routine visits. The guys are great, too. They are friendly and professional when we see them, and always leave a note when we don’t. It’s nice to know the people on your property! Thanks for all the great work, Matt!

My wife and I own a new home and had Timothy Chasteen come out for first treatment. Our new home is was experiencing some bugs/spiders inside some and definitely outside. Timothy came and took his time, was meticulous and explained all that he did. He went above and beyond the normal treatment. After the treatment, I notified Bulwark that I would not continue with Bulwark unless I was guaranteed that Timothy would be our rep moving forward. Nothing has been noticed since the treatment and we are beyond pleased with this. Bulwark is a good company but it’s people like Timothy that retain business for them. If Timothy would not be able to stay as our rep, I would have left to find another pest company near where we live

Bulwark is great! I've been getting my bi-monthly service from Daryle and I can't say enough good things. He's professional, honest, funny, knowledgeable, and thorough (I could go on). I rest easy, especially during the summer months, knowing he's taken care of the interior and exterior of my house. I'd recommend him and Bulwark to anyone.

This company is great reliable on time friendly..this tech Matt Welsh came to my house this morning to take care business totally friendly and efficiently. He explain everything very well..provide a good service..I call 3 company's before Bulwark no call no show i definitely recommend this company

Christopher Robidoux was our pro. We had an ongoing roach infestation because the house we rent is old and leaves a lot of places for bugs to get in. I was worried when we called pest control that we would have to do a lot of repairs to the house. Thank goodness this was not the case. Bulwark has figured out a way to get the roaches out with little to no effect on our lifestyle and no extra work from us.

Christopher was professional and friendly. My boyfriend and myself had a wonderful conversation with him as he treated our home. He was very thorough and very informative. I’m so glad that we the opportunity to meet him. We will most definitely be using Bulwark regularly from now on. They even have a guarantee that if you are still having problems after a treatment, they will come back free of charge and fix it. Christopher said that we can even call if we just need new glue boards.

Overall, I am extremely impressed and pleased with the service we received.

Matt Welsh performed our regular service on our yard. He was thorough, polite and compassionate when I discussed the recent loss of my beloved Riley. He took great care with our yard. I would recommend him and Bulwark to anyone.

We have had a very good experience with Bulwark Exterminating, and just signed on for another year long contract with them. Their response times are very quick, and they are thorough and polite. The employee that serviced our home today (I'm not sure if his name was Jonas or Christopher) was very considerate, and took the time to get to know my child and my dog, as well as myself, all while doing a great job. He encouraged me to call if we have any further issues, standing behind his work and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I would absolutely recommend him.

We recently moved into a new house, and we hire Bulwark to do an initial round of spraying, to protect our home and our toddler. The technician Dwayne arrived on-time, and was efficient about spraying the perimeter of the home, and then walking through the interior areas with me, spraying down doors and windows and along the floors. I received detailed information about what chemicals were used, and I trust that Bulwark will be responsive in case of any potential future issues (hopefully not, since we are doing preventative work now).

We had our first treatment today and were more than satisfied with how it went. Daryle Gee was great at explaining the process, answered my questions, and was super sweet with our barky pup. Off to a great start so far and feeling like we made a good choice with Bulwark.

Update: We've been so pleased with Bulwark that we moved our termite protection services over as well. Jonathan has been wonderful to work with - from first inspection to contracting and then installation. When we let him know we were ready to give back the signed agreement - he not only came within the hour but did the installation right then. Super impressive!

Bulwark has been helping keep my home free of pests for 2 or 3 years now, and our service provider Randall is a big reason I’ve been so happy with the service. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, always taking the time to answer questions, check out anything “extra”, etc. Today he helped us get rid of three early forming wasp nests near the front door. A big relief for me and the kids. Scheduling service, billing, etc has also always received prompt and friendly attention. Highly recommended!

We have used Bulwark Exterminating for two years and are very pleased with their services. Our tech is Randall Pena who is great. Not just a nice guy but very professional and eager to do a great job. Bulwark is always happy to do a no charge return visit if necessary which happened initially after we moved into our newly built home.

William Walker came to service my house after I made a very frustrated call to Bulwark yesterday due to carpet beetles in my kitchen. He was very courteous, professional, and listened to my frustration. He was attentive to detail when spraying and ensured me that they would take care of the problem for me. Very impressed by his customer service skills and grateful for a kind person coming out to service my home!

Randall Pena came out to service our home as a call back and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and so personable. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with his service. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a technician to service your home. He ensured that our home was treated the way that it should have been. He is second to none!

We''ve been with Bulwark for over a year and has been satisfied with their work. Chris Brown has been our assigned exterminator for almost a year now and he's been great! They come whenever I ask and in speedy time. Chris is very friendly and trustworthy. He's been inside my home many times unattended and i have no worries. I know I can trust him to take care of the job. We highly recommend him!

We just bought our home and are new to Raleigh. Orlando came out to the house to treat it. Very kind, pleasant man and he was very knowledgeable about what we could expect and should plan for with the different seasons. We were pleased to know that he will treat our house each time. Also, calling Bulwark to set up the appointment was easy and the customer rep was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Bulwark.

Orlando came by to do my quarterly treatment and he did an outstanding job. He even brought out the long brush to sweep the grass off my house due to the last tornado that rolled through. I always get good service from Bulwark and I highly recommend. I haven't had a bug problem since I started using them.

Daryle Gee is great! He came out to our new house last week for our first initial treatment. On Sunday, we noticed ants in our pantry and some of our floor cabinets, which can happen with a new build. He was at our house first thing Monday morning to spray inside and outside. We have always been very pleased with the prompt service we receive from Bulwark and from Daryle.

Really impressed with the level of service I received from Davis Montgomery. He texted me after a treatment to let me know exactly what he did around the exterior of my home. A couple of days later I noticed a few ants in the kitchen. I notified Davis and the very next day (9am) he arrived to treat the inside. Great sense of urgency and fantastic customer service.

Bulwark definitely helped! Randall, our tech, was very professional and told us everything about the process. He specifically told us that their products are all natural, so we don't need to worry about our cat. He did an excellent job, and we will highly recommend them to anyone who suffered from bugs coming inside the house.
