We took our friend out to celebrate her birthday. We had an amazing time. I had a salad, burger and fries. They were delicious. The fries were seasoned and the burger was cooked just right. The salad was fresh and filling.

The experience was great. The food surprised me with how good it was. I wasn’t expecting too much out of it, to be honest, but when they brought out those wings, the wings did hit, and they were also really juicy and crispy, and the flavor was there. I have had better spicy garlic wings, but they weren’t too shabby. And as far as their fries, they remind you of Wingstop fries, but just a tad bit not as good.

Regarding service, the waitress was attentive, and my woman did grab a burger. And she said it was one of the best burgers she’s ever had, so I recommend the burger. I did try a bite. It was delicious.

I would recommend stopping at this place. The food is good. The atmosphere is excellent. ☻

We thought it might be a regular run of the mill bar with okay food. We were wrong! The food was excellent!!! We ordered the chicken Philly, the bacon jam burger, the new corn side, Mac and cheese, and my sister got the drink in a bucket. Everything was GREAT! Our hostess ended up being our waitress too (her name was Nay), she was amazing and deserves a raise for her positive attitude and excellent service. We will be back.

It was a fluke we stopped in here on our way to Atlanta and what a find! The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the baby back bbq ribs and my husband had the grilled chicken… both out of this world including the ice cold beer! Our server “Hollywood” (yes that’s her real name) was awesome and totally lived up to her name. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

The food was good, sometimes the music is a little much and the service can be off and on depending on when you go. Otherwise, good.

Tonight, 4/8/23, the bar tender (Victoria?) was amazing she was taking care of EVERYONE. She was on top of it all. We ordered the babyback rib meal, a hamburger meal, and chicken wings. We had to send the wings back twice, once because they were fried, not grilled... not Victoria's fault and the second time because they were undercooked. Otherwise, the food was good

Joy was our waitress and was super nice. Chopped steak, wings, and an all-American burger was what was ordered. Everything was very good.

Everything was good until our food came out luke warm like it had been sitting in the window too long. Then our waiter somehow got lost once we started eating, and we waited about 25 mins for him to come back so we could get a box and the check. I had the chili and salad lunch special. He had the Jalapeno Chicken Flatbread.

Good to spot for lunch, if you’re in the area. They have lunch combos that hit the spot-

We always sit at the bar outside, and Kristen (bartender) is the best! Very attentive, and helpful if unsure what to get.

We have been to this chain before in other markets and felt that we would have a good experience. We were not disappointed, Janaya was behind the bar and did a wonderful job, attentive, hardworking and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. We ordered the boneless wings and a fresh berry salad, very little wait and both are delicious. It was surprisingly crowded for a Monday but didn’t seem to slow things down. This chain has been great and we will continue supporting for sure.

Southern was our server. Very attentive. Courteous & friendly. She kept a smile on her face. It was my birthday; she instantly told me happy birthday when she found out. Our food came out in a timely manner. The manager walked by & spoke. Everything was hot and fresh. We did experience a situation with 1 of the entrées. The manager, Alex, came over immediately. Lol. Oh my goodness! He was so silly but professional & polite. We, my table & Alex, ended up laughing at the error. He apologized several times. It was the look on his face when he approached our table that softened the mood. I appreciate managers like that. He didn’t have an attitude or act like WE were the problem. That stands out a lot to me. I’m so big on customer service. I told Alex that I loved his demeanor & how he handled it. He corrected the situation. We enjoyed our entrées and celebrated my birthday. I would return again for lunch. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of TVs. Great covered outdoor seating. A nice beer selection. The bathrooms were clean (I only saw the women’s bathroom). Plenty of parking.

Me and my Big Sister had a wonderful time at this restaurant. I came to visit her since I had a load coming through here. I thank the Lord for Blessing my Big Sister and I pray God continue to watch over her daily. She Loves coming to this restaurant and the food was good reasonable prices and big portions. I definitely will be back when I come to visit again.

I tried the ribs for the first time and let me tell you amazing! Fall of the bone smoky ribs with a bucket margarita was amazing.

Their Very Berry Salad is sooooo good! This is the location that used to be T. K. Tripp's. Now it has much more of a sports bar vibe and the food is good. The steak I tried was also good, but to me, the Very Berry Salad was the best. You get a bed of greens topped with feta cheese, mandarin oranges, blueberries and some really tasty grilled chicken. For the picky folks... I asked if they had Coke Zero and was told yes. I was brought a Diet Coke. I can tell a definite difference in the taste and was not happy about that. Had I know it was diet instead of zero, I would have ordered something different to drink. In the overall scheme of things, that is nit picky on my part, so I just kept the beverage and drank only a little. Otherwise, the service is good as well as the food. Fun, festive atmosphere that is pleasant. Just be mindful of other parties that may be consuming alcohol and act accordingly.

Everything was delicious, not one thing tasted bad. Bacon jam burger is definitely a must try!!🤞🏽💯 mixed drinks taste like juice and they don’t do refund

Stopped by the old stomping grounds to see my girls Makayla & Kirstin. Makayla provided us with great service, even when she was busy with a large party. I have to give the girl credit. Fantastic job!! The bathroom was clean & the atmosphere was good. I enjoy sitting outside. Lots of tv’s so you will never miss out on a the games.

Awesome atmosphere with good food at a reasonable price. The manager went above and beyond in helping me acquire receipts I forgot to get previously. I had the classic burger, fish and chips and the carnivore flatbread over the course of my three visits and all were very good.

I’m not a fan of flounder being used in fish and chips, but it pretty good. I also knew when I ordered, so it wasn’t a surprise.

It was very busy and packed, but the food was delivered within minutes of arrival. I ordered fried pickles as the appetizer, and seafood platter as the meal. The food was delicious and waitress was Ashley. She provided awesome customer service. The wait was 45 minutes, but we were seated eat before that time. The atmosphere was cozy with several televisions portraying sports-related events all around the restaurant. A family-oriented restaurant with a pleasant experience.

The service was great, and beer was ice cold. I walked here from the Hampton Inn, which is super convenient! Ordered the salmon yesterday and the cheese burger today(special) with french fries. The prices were very good. The food was good, hot and fast, no complaints. Indoor and outdoor bar and table seating. It has a clean sports bar type atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I would come again.

Food was so good. Especially the spinach and artichoke dip! The service was OK. When we first walked in we were not greeted or even acknowledged. The hostess didn't seem to be in the best mood and it was kind of awkward. Our waiter on the other hand was amazing. Atmosphere is typical sports bar feel.

Great place to kick back. Food variety makes it easy for all of us to get something we like. Food is well prepared in timely fashion. Good, friendly service.

Coco is a great asset to the restaurant. She is kind and friendly. She really took care of us. The fish and chips were delicious 😋. We're coming back for 39th anniversary.

This was my first time dining at Kickback Jacks, and I can honestly say my experience was amazing!

I was seated shortly after I came in, and was asked if I had a preference in seating, I proceeded to tell him I preferred booths and was seated in a booth. I was greeted by my sever shortly after I was seated. I was unsure of what I wanted to order so I asked for a suggestion from the server and she suggested that I try the Buffalo Tender Sandwhich, and allowed me to try a sauce that I asked about. I ended up ordering the sandwhich and substituted the sauce for the sauce that I tried.

Earlier in my dining experience I asked if it was possible go have my food prepared without an allergen of mine and I was told that of need be they could do that for me which was very nice and made me feel as though I was being accommodated.

My meal was divine, my fries were great and the flavors of the sandwhich was very dynamic and delectable! The presentation of the food was beautiful and the beverage size was amazing, I honestly wouldn't mind the prices of drinks here knowing that I get a bigger serving size than most places.

I think that they had very affordable prices and I plan on coming back to visit in the future! All in all amazing staff, food, and experience!
