Bought a truck from here. The mechanic (julio) and the salesperson (Raul) worked with since day 1 in making sure every problem that occurred with the truck got fixed. I am truly thankful for these guys. Other dealerships would have given me the run around for sure I know. I recommend this place if you want to buy a use car and don't want to or not able spend alot of money. I guarantee you A-1 quality service.

I highly recommend that you do not go there my car caught on fire after two months of driving it off of the lot. The owner kept on calling me until the insurance company contacted him so that he can get his money and telling me a remaining balance that I would have to pay out of pocket! He sold a car that had faulty wiring and acted so surprised when it caught on fire! When I made my down payment on it the air conditioner was going on and out and making a knocking noise and I was told that I would have to pay to get it fix and I strongly believe that’s what caused the fire! The owner is nothing BUT a MONEY HUNGRY LUNATIC!!!

Highly do not recommend them at all! A group of people who were at the dealership told me that they like rob people for there money which I can finally confirm that it is true. I bought car month ago which they failed to tell me that the car they sold me was infested with mold knowing I’m a mother of 3 yr old and baby on the way but they kept quiet and took my down payment. The vehicle was repo last month because in there eyes the contract was violated which in fact it was not violated in no way or form the vehicle had full coverage insurance with them as the Lien holder on the insurance and the vehicle had plates as well. I couldn’t even make my first payment on the car. They refused to help fix the water leakage that I had go back another day after already going up there twice about it so my husband had fix it himself. Also they had some random black guy follow me who drives Burgundy suv with chrome rims everywhere I went and came to my house pick up the vehicle the dealership didn’t know my new address because I had just moved into my home. They do not want refund me my down payment or partial of my down payment. That’s money that I worked so hard for money that could be for my two kids money that I can never get back till my doctor say it’s ok for me work again so thanks to them my family is struggling now. Highly don’t recommend them!

I bought a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country from them in February. I already thought that $6,000 was way to much for that van, then I find out that it's over $2,000 worth of work that needs to be done to it. When it rains it's like Niagara Falls on the inside, it needed motor mounts, the air didn't work, the heating coils were messed up etc. I truly felt like me giving them over $3,000 for the car should've been more than enough. I will NEVER go there again!!!! EVER!!!!

Don’t trust these guys. They will try to sell you a car with a “clean title” when in reality it’s been totaled and salvaged. Shady chop shop in my opinion. Stay away from the green 4Runner.

Bought a car that ran for 1 week and stopped running. Owner told me to tow car to his repair shop and he would pay half of repairs. that was 3 months ago and car is still sitting at repair shop. no one will call us back. and no work has been done to car.

I bought a vehicle from this dealer, not too long ago, I really did not need another car, I thought it would be cool to own a luxury car like a BMW, so I went to Carolina Auto Dealer, and I bought me a 2012 BMW 535I the price on tag was $15,995 before I end up buying the vehicle they raised the price for $16,400 because of taxes supposedly, well I still bought the car even with the price been a little bit higher, after Paul finish doing the paper work, he gave me the car key, I ask him for a 2nd key, he told me that he only had one key to the vehicle I was purchasing, but he said that he would gave me another key, not the same car key, a key fog so at least I could program the key to unlock the car, he lied, I never receive the 2nd key plus he sold me a car that was overheating, when the car was given me this on the screen very often, ( drive moderate or turn the engine off and wait to cool down) I called Paul and ask him what was going on with the car, and I explain him the situation, he recommend me to take the car to Sonny for a diagnose, I took the car too Sonny, he recommend me Al’s Garage which is located on Chapel Hill, I took my car there and they diagnose that the water pump was bad + rear driver strut was broken this 2 parts with the labor cost me $2,000 just because Paul sold me a car which was not in a condition to be sold, i am just writing this review because I wouldn’t like other people to have the same experience I had.....PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP and if u are going to buy a car, don’t paid it off the same day, if u do, make sure u take a mechanic with u!!!!
