This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and this was car number 10 in almost 25 years. I have always been to large dealerships (Crossroads, Anderson, Heister, Carmax) and thought I was being treated good. Holland and Gary showed me that the large dealerships are only putting on a show and you really are a number there. Auto First treated me like an old friend. They didn't start the conversation with "what do you want your payment to be?" or "How much down payment do you have?". We talked cars and past experiences, and the atmosphere was the most relaxed I've ever been in. You don't get passed from salesman to manager to some other worker. You get straight honest facts about the car you want. They evaluated my trade and made an honest offer. I live an hour away and they went above and beyond getting the car inspected that afternoon, it was new on their lot, so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to pick it up. Definitely returning in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new to them vehicle.

I did not purchase a vehicle from them however I will say that the 2 gentlemen that run this place are great guys.
I was auto industry 20+ years and know cars well.
The stereotype of a "corner lot" does not fall in here. They seem to only have clean cars on the lot, they do not do a bunch of cheap hack cover ups to try and mask problems and they are very clear and straight forward about the cars that they do have in stock.
They had a car that I was interested in, it ended up not being the 100% fit for me but I would have certainly done business with them if this hit all the check boxes that I needed for a car.

I purchased a beautiful Ford F250 from Mr. Hale last May. He is a helpful and honest dealer who accurately represents the vehicles he sells and is a genuine man to work with. Would highly recommend stopping by if your in the market for a used vehicle!

Believe it or not, I purchased a 20 year-old car from Auto First, sight unseen. I live in California, and saw a somewhat hard-to-find vehicle for sale on their website. I called and asked about the car, and John Sale described it to me in great detail. He went so far as to take detailed photos of the car, inside-out, top-to-bottom, and even put it on a rack and photographed the under-carriage. He went above and beyond to describe the car in the greatest detail that it gave me the confidence to purchase the car having never seen or driven it personally. I flew my son from California to North Carolina, and John went above and beyond to deliver the car without a hitch. I later met up with my son and we drove the car cross-country without any issues what-so-ever. And the car was exactly as John described it. I can’t recall ever having such a great buying experience and getting this level of service from a dealership. I highly recommend Auto First and John Sale if you want a hassle-free car purchase with the assurance that you’re getting treated well, and purchasing a reliable pre-owned auto at a fair price.

Very nice - extremely helpful and honest people. Beautiful vehicles many different to choose from. I started looking for a pre-owned truck and found it to be a nightmare until I stopped by this small private and high quality dealer. The prices are very fair and in line with the true values of the vehicles.

Brad streets was incredibly helpful, not pushy at all, extremely patient throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable and prompt when responding to our concerns and walked well with us through the whole process! The prices were really good and after shopping around for months it was pretty incredible the level of service we received. Would highly recommend them!
