I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The owner Steve has consistently taken the time to help with a variety of dry cleaning questions over time. He has even told me when to save money and NOT dry clean certain pieces. I recently also brought in a very formal outfit that had throw up on it (to be clear, not mine) and one of Steve’s team members, Eric, managed to get it out and have the extremely delicate piece looking as good as new. This place is great.

Excellent service. Hard to find cleaners that know what “I want my jeans starched like cardboard and a heavy crease” means anymore. They’re perfect!! Awesome customer service as well. He remembered me when I pulled in the drive thru to pick up. Will absolutely be returning!!!

I love Sherrill's. They have done a great job for me for several years now and finally won my wife's business! My shirts are always clean and beautifully pressed. They do a great job with the exotic stuff I bring from time to time. The owner is always on site and the cleaning service is predictable, reliable, and honest (he will tell you if cleaning is not going to work out). I appreciate these folks and their service the owner frequently sees me driving up and is ready for pickup or dropoff by the time I pull in front. Try their bag service it's even more convenient to just hand off the bag and be on your way!

Hands down the best place around. This has been my go to for over 10 years! I now live 20 miles away and Steve and his team are still the only cleaners I’ll trust. Great quality, reasonable prices, fantastic service.

This is my go to dry cleaners. The staff is friendly, the owner is super nice and they know what they’re doing! I’ve had terribly experiences with dry cleaners in the past. This place is also very well priced!

I drive 15 or so minutes out of my way just to use them - that’s how good they are.

(And they do alterations too!)

Nothing but great things to say about this location. I only got shirts dry cleaned so maybe different articles may have different experience but my shirts came out great!

But even better than my shirts is the convenience the quality and the casual professionalism from the staff. From intake to pick up it has been as smooth as an unopened jar of jif peanut butter.

Would highly recommend this location for your shirts. Will be going here next time when my suit needs a cleaning

This was our first time using Sherrill’s. Had a duvet cleaned. The duvet was cleaned and pressed to perfection.Staff extremely friendly and great price and turn around time.
They are our new go to cleaners.

I never leave reviews but this place is awesome! They were able to clean up tons of grime and dirt my favorite jacket and it was like new! They have fast turnaround and have never messed anything up, including suits and some other unique items I have. Super friendly, good prices, and really good hours. I will never use another dry cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They provided same day service on my suits at a very good price. Can't speak to their service on women's garments, but definitely recommended for men's clothing.
They have a drive through for no-contact drop offs and pickups.

Generally, the staff is friendly and the work is excellent, which warrants a 5-star review on it's own. However, I received over-the-top customer service this morning, which propelled me to leave this review.

I dropped off 3 suits among other things to be dry cleaned. I received a text from who was later determined to be Steve, the owner, saying one of my suits had moth holes in it and he asked me if I wanted to continue cleaning it. I asked him to only clean my other suits, and dispose of the moth hole suit. he obliged and he said he would give me a credit back for the suit not being cleaned. All 3 of those suits are 1 company, and 2 of those suits (including the one with moth holes in it) were bought more than a decade ago and recently found in my parent's closet, and they fit, so I wanted to get them dry cleaned. The 3rd suit is my wedding suit so it's brand new, and is a pretty similar color to the suit with moth holes. I explained all this to Steve and he told me that he would hold the moth hole suit for me so I could make sure I disposed of the proper suit. Also, when I dropped them off, I received a pick-up date of Friday and he told me that they would be ready tonight, Dec 23 instead of Friday.

All this to say that Steve went above and beyond to assist me this morning. I started going to this location because it is 1 minute from my house, but they have just made a lifetime customer.

09/2021: Steve (the owner) is awesome! He makes sure your order is taken care of! They took care of my wedding veil (which I was already worried beforehand since I'm a new customer). They reassure you regarding your order. A bit expensive for just the veil. But still, great customer service & cleans/press clothes fast!! I would recommend them to family & friends!

Had a vegan suede coat that I needed dry cleaned. Went to two of the corporate chain dry cleaners and they were both rude and neither one said they could dry clean the coat. I went to Sherill's cleaners and they did it at a great price and the coat looks new. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Very friendly efficient service. The quality of their work rivals other cleaners charging far more and is better than anyone charging less.

I stopped in today on my lunch break to have two couch cushion covers cleaned and the zipper on one replaced. The gentleman that helped me, fixed the zipper at no cost and was honest and up front about the cleaning. He informed me that I could do the same thing at home in my washing machine that he would do and even pre-treated the cover for me. Not very often, or at all, do you see this kind of service and honesty these days. He very well could have charged me to do both and I would have known no different. I will recommend them to everyone I know for their cleaning and alteration needs in the future!

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to this place by a college friend. She had a dirty WHITE rug cleaned by Sherrills, and it was spotless (mind you she had it for four years and never washed it). She also told me they where reasonably priced and i should check them out. I so I decided to take my items there, and try it out. I was greeted with a hello how are you. They do it all! I had a shaggy rug that had a bunch of hair and dirt in it, a white blouse, a leather jacket, jeans that has metal fringe detailing along the side, and a pink skirt that was ripped along the back seam. They passed every test leather, white, sewing, rugs, jeans with detailing. I was very satisfied with everything and the overall service. Every item of clothing was perfectly cleaned. No rips tears smells or anything wrong with my clothing. Don't be fooled by the previous not so good reviews. I was also accidentally charged less than what I was required to pay. Instead of calling me to pay the difference, they said happy holidays. I will be sure to come back again and continue to use their services.

I’ve been a satisfied customer for a few years now. Recently, I brought in a quilt and was charged what I assumed was the usual amount (it was the same as we have paid for comforters in the past). When I returned to pick it up the manager took it upon himself to offer that I had been overcharged and gave me a credit on my account toward my next service since I had already prepaid. The next time I brought in an item it was free because the credit had been applied to my account as promised.

Just moved to the area and have found Sherrill's Cleaners to be a gem. They removed a stain in one of my shirts that a previous dry cleaner couldn't. Very friendly, courteous. I drive a couple miles out of my way to use Sherrill's, but it's worth it. Support small and local businesses!

Came into this shop for the first time. I got the most friendly and professional customer service. They were slightly more expensive than the guys down the street but you get what you pay for. I’ll never go anywhere else. Don’t know if this is a family operated store but they made me feel like family!!!!!

Excellent service. Great quality at affordable price, and environmentally friendly. The products that they use are amazing. I have a sensitive skin and never had any type of reaction. I recommend this business without a doubt.

I've come here for months and never had a bad experience - the owner is always friendly, remembers who you are, and gets the job done extremely well and very fast. Highly recommend this place, and the low price is 100% worth it for the job done
