I've always been a customer of Nomads but now that they got the kitchen going I'll be there more. There kitchen is open today and has tacos.

My favorite place for a six pack and a great conversation. Excellent selection of craft beers, wine, bait, grocery items, and everything in between. The kind staff and owner, Sharma, will go above and beyond to meet your needs! If something isn’t on the shelves or you’re looking for a particular beer, ask and you’ll probably be surprised to find it there next time.

If you’re spending a day at Belton Lake, live in the area, or just driving through, Nomads is absolutely worth the stop.

Craft Beer Paradise!
The selection that this place offers is bar none! I haven't seen this amount of beer on one store ever! This place puts Specs to shame as far as craft beer is concerned. Owner is very nice and always available to answer any questions on the different type of beer available. Yea it is expense but nothing more than the usual craft beer prices.

Nomads store is a good place to go to for typical convenient store items. Prices are somewhat higher than other stores but products are fresh and up to date. The store owner Sharma is very friendly and store is always clean.

Nomad's is tops! The owner is Tops! Go in store and ask for Sharma. Engage this man in conversation, he will probably buy you a beer after you done. Besides the variety selection of beers at the store, Sharma is a true patriot of America. I was taken aback at the sign posted on his window that fights against the un-Texan-Un-American practice of Belton city council and manager forcing annexation upon property owners without their consent. Their special interests and voting constituents are the ones who profit from annexation besides their personal endeavors that they pass via their office on council. I have met American-Texan-Belton born people who shrug their shoulders at forced annexation - DISGUSTING! Nomad's will always have my business without question. The owner is a true reflection of what Americans should be in the name of Freedom and Liberty. May God continue to bless Nomad's. Thank you Sharma. Keep standing tall. I will be your friend.

Nomads is pretty much the ultimate stop for anyone frequenting Belton Lake. The store has everything you need for a camp out or day on the water. The bathroom is small, but clean.
I wanted to write this review specifically to complement the craft beer selection: It’s amazing! Imagine other gas station owners going back to their stores, curling up in the fetal position and crying pathetically in a corner after viewing the heaven on Earth that is Nomads’ craft beer cooler. That’s really how good his craft beer choice is. I’m glad they are in Belton and will stop in every chance I get for a cold, quality brew.

Sold us dead worms and there were less than 5 in there. Teach me to check next time I go to a bait shop, but never had this bad of an experience at a bait shop.

Went to this store to buy minnows. Wanted to help a small business out. Went in and bought 2 Gatorades, 1 small bag of ice and about (at the most) 50 minnows. We was charged 61 bucks. Will not go here for anything ever again. They also charged us 29.99 for this bucket that clearly says 4.99. Watch what you buy at this store and get a receipt!

Says it opens at 6. Not true. Terrible service. Attitude and rude. 10/10 would NOT recommend
