This extended stay hotel is magnificent!! Location is perfect - right across from shopping mall (Walmart, Manhattan Cafe). Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Everything we needed to make our stay away from home just like home. The manager, Zareena, was amazing - so friendly and professional. When we arrived, she checked us in right away - we noticed the bathroom faucet pressure was low. She came up immediately and fixed it herself. Works better than new! She does it all with a smile. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Raleigh!

We stayed here initially while looking for the right lease to sign. It's a great spot for short transitions, especially if you need more than a hotel.

There are aspects of recent "policy" that are not ideal. For example, changes to extended stay discounts (or lacktherof) do not seem to incentivize longer stays, whereas if this was operated by a smaller company perhaps there would a better rate for continued patronage. It's fairly obvious that they want maximum rate per day regardless ...

For what it is and for having Zarena on premises, still made it a 5 star experience compared to a traditional hotel. Zarena was great and provided prompt service and clarified questions when we had them.

My stay here was perfect!! The location was spot on, close to stores and restaurants. More importantly the staff were amazing!!! Especially Hubert! He was very hospitable and accommodating! He made sure me and my family were comfortable, and had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. He definitely deserves a raise and some praise!! Without a doubt, I would absolutely recommend Apt Suites for anyone who wants the comfort of home away from home.

Stayed for about 40 days with our cat. Great stay. Clean upon entry and weekly cleaning. Layout is great. Couch and dishwasher were a little old but didn’t bother us much. Super responsive on needs (towels, soap, etc). Generally pretty quiet and has its own indoor outdoor center. Laundry (pay separately) and gym is convenient. Walmart and some restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away.

We recently spent 10 weeks at StayAPT in Morrisville. Temporary housing is never easy, but from the beginning we found that we were taken care of by kind and respectful staff. Our initial reservation, and multiple calls to Justin prior to our arrival, were always handled professionally! We arrived after hours without the usual introductions, but found that the staff was readily available if we had questions.

In particular, Zareena was extremely helpful and kind during our stay! She knew what we needed every week, and it was always a pleasure to work with her. Our requests were met with a positive attitude and motivated willingness to help, making our stay pleasurable! Zareena transitioned to a new, well-deserved role during our stay and we were truly happy for her. Her genuine personality and strong work ethic are assets to StayAPT and the hospitality industry! Thank you Zareena and Justin for making our 10 weeks at StayAPT welcoming and comfortable!

Location is super, the apartment is clean and roomy, and the staff is very friendly. We are in the middle of a 65 day stay so we have had ample time to evaluate the service and amenities. In particular, our housekeeper, Zareena, has been an absolute gem making sure our apartment is clean and tidy every week.

Justin, the General Manager, is very hands on and accommodating.

This by far has been the best stay for my family in months! We recently moved from NY and stayed in many other hotels/extended stays and they were horrible. This place really makes you feel at home. It’s very clean, spacious, the environment is great and all the staff are friendly, especially Hubert who has went above and beyond to make our stay great. I definitely recommend.

Every time I visit StayAPT Raleigh I’m greeted with great service and hospitality. James and Zareena are fantastic people and top notch employees. They really make a difference and a place feel like home away from home.

The staff was friendly and accommodated our needs during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for us to relax. The facilities were clean and we felt safe. The location was ideal close to Walmart, gas stations, grocery stores and other eateries. Close area to walk the neighborhood surrounding the facility. Convenient laundry mat onsite. Overall, my family and our stay was a pleasure while we searched for our forever home. It truly felt like home as our duration at Stay Apt Suites lasted for 6 months. Thank you to the staff Justin, Sean, and Marie for making us feel comfortable.

Very appreciative of Justin, Zarina, and Maliek they all made sure we had a very suitable clean room. Always was nice and helpful when we needed something. Very convenient to shopping centers.

Wonderful people that work here from the general manager Justin and the house keeping Zarina and Melik. Always making sure that the guest has what the need and rooms are kept very clean.

I would highly recommend Stay APT Suites for Traveling Digital Nomads. Great Wi-Fi and the amenities and Shopping Centers are convenient. The receptionist Marie was so warm, helpful and informative about the area. I enjoyed speaking with her about my arrangements. The room was clean and was fully stocked with all the necessities I needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The General Manager was also helpful, and a pleasure to meet during my stay.

My Fiancé and I stayed at the this hotel for a few months while he was working in town. It was by far the best place we have ever stayed! Justin and his staff were amazing and always so helpful if we needed anything! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area! 10/10 service, staff and comfortability

I've stayed here my last two trips to NC and I will continue to whenever I frequent the area. Prices are fair especially for the area, the rooms are CLEAN, the grounds are well kept and welcoming not to mention its centrally located around pretty much everything someone on vacation would need (resturants, shopping, freeway etc.). Last but not least is the staff. The staff here was easily the best of any lodging expierence I've ever had. They went over and beyond to make sure everything I needed or wanted was there. Very friendly and very attentive. Routinely followed up and inquiring about my stay and how they could better my expierence. Thank you very much Marie, Nicole and Justin, you guys are amazing!

Meta and Sean have been exceptional! The rooms have everything you need. Free Showtime is a plus. Has the feel of living in a small apartment complex. I am definitely coming back. The rooms are kept very clean, the TV are huge

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I’ve stayed here for an extended time, rooms are extremely nice, clean, and has a modern style. But what makes this place amazing is the staff! They go above and beyond to provide an excellent stay. They have become like family! Highly recommended!

Barbara at the front desk was a delight! Anything we needed they had or brought to us if we didn’t. Room was brand new and very clean. Free laundry was a big plus. We will definitely recommend to family and friends when visiting.

I had the pleasure of staying at stayAPT for a few weeks while in town working on a BioTech project. I travel quite a bit for work and used to be a Marriot Loyalist until I found Sean and his team here at stayAPT RDU. I gave stayAPT a shot as this was a large project and I would have to be working and having small meetings off campus and at my hotel. I will say this was my best decision of the project!!!!! The room was clean, and comfortable, "reminded me of my first apt as a professional". The bed was cozy. I was able to entertain co workers and clients and cook some small hors d'ouvers for them!!!! The courtyard was a great place to take calls and even have our small brainstorming sessions. On my Zoom call I was asked if I was on vacation, and told my VP I was in the courtyard of my hotel. He was overly impressed and asked for the contact information. During my stay I had alot of interactions with Sean and Akilah. Sean helped me finding some great eateries and breweries in the area, he even lent me a book (The Alchemist) to read while I was in town!!!! Akilah let me know where to shop and find some good stores, she directed me to the Shops at Southpoint and the Farmers Market....that's where I got my local produce for my cocktail hour. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and enjoyed taking care of the guests.

My stay at StayAPT was wonderful, the service was great and I want to give a shout out to Hubert the Asst. Manager for a the great customer service I received and he was so helpful, throughout my time there. The location was great and I enjoyed that the property was quite.
