Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport

This hotel had the nicest people at the reception!
The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Good about the location of the hotel is that it’s very close to the Research Triangle Park (RTP)!

A fantastic hotel and would highly recommend it. I just visited for a work trip so the location is very close to the airport, which is nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is actually surprisingly good, which makes it easy for anyone staying without having to search for a decent breakfast.

Spacious and clean rooms. Had a small kitchen. Service was excellent, and shuttle service from the airport was super convenient. Breakfast was is included and good.

Had a really nice relaxing weekend. Breakfast was good. Potatoes need some work though. Got stuck in my throat both days. But everyone was so nice. Rooms were clean. Positive experience overall. Thanks most to the staff bc of how kind and friendly they were.

Loved it , can't wait to stay again, everyone from front desk , house keeping, the people/persons that prepared the breakfast were absolutely wonderful!!!

We originally had a reservation at a different hotel and the pool was out of order. We moved over and from first walking in the door we felt cared for and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Especially Philip!! He took very good care of us and our Grandchildren during our two day stay. Breakfast was awesome for a hotel. The rooms were ok and could use some updating, but were clean and well taken care of. Favorite part was watching our Grandchildren play in the pool.

This is a great hotel and I enjoyed my week stay there. The rooms are very nice and in the style of a sweet type room where there's a kitchenette and lots of dishes, for entertaining. The small restaurant in the lobby serves some really good food. I got the chicken Caesar salad and it was surprisingly very good. They also have a small bar. Breakfast was full on buffet type breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, etc... Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this location for a month and was really impressed with the services, clean rooms, nearness to the airport, and especially their breakfast. The gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast was so passionate about satisfying every body in the mornings. The fruits bar was my favorite. They had all kinds of bread too. I would stay at this location over and over again if I visit the area.

I haven't stayed at a Hyatt Hotel in years. For the past 10 years I have always stayed at Hilton. I have been missing out. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the customer service to the room everything was perfect. My room a nice size and was extremely clean/neat. Lauren who was at the front desk when I checked in and checked out was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to reintroduce me to Hyatt which I really appreciate and made it easy for me to book another night. Customer service is everything to me every employee I'm at this location what's friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. The breakfast was nice and they dining area was clean. Ronnie at the bar was a great bartender and made great suggestions. The wifi wasn't spotty and I was able to work without any issues.

I’ve been back here 7 times in the last 9 years for work and it’s always been great. Rooms are really spacious with all the amenities you’ll need. The staff always accommodate my request to be close to the fitness centre/ gym so I can get some early morning workouts. The pool in the summer time is great for chilling out after a long day at the office. Breakfast is nice, plentiful and varied (although please bring back the custom omelette station as that was ace!!) and the shuttle service is great for office drop offs/ pickups daily and also for taking you the local shops, restaurants and airport runs.

I didn't even wait to checkout before doing the review. Spacious studio and bathroom. All was cleaned, dust free. Breakfast was fantastic. Southern hospitality at its best!

My fiancé and I always pick this hotel when coming into town to visit my sister. Breakfast in the morning, comfortable beds, and good water pressure for the showers. Definitely will keep booking this hotel to see my family here is Morrisville.

This facility is beautiful. We stayed here for an entire week (my wife and I, plus 3 children) and everything was perfect. A fridge and a mini kitchenette made it great for meals for the kids. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that the tv has a chromcast so I can use my streaming apps.
The vecinity of the hotel has a few stores and a bar, which is nice.
When I come back I won't even look at other places.

We were greeted with a smiled by the front desk associate when we checked in at 12am after a late game. She and the Assistant General Manager were very pleasant and accommodating. Clean hotel with nice size rooms. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at the hyatt house for a week due to our AC being out. The rooms have a kitchenette in the studio we had. Extremely convenient to be able to store your food and cook of you choose. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. I would like to highlight Teresa, she was awesome and went out her make to make sure we were comfortable. She was always pleasant and it meant a light during that stressful time.

Laurin, Penny, Amanda Jamari are such a welcoming team. Got a flight change through Delta and had to pick a hotel between three and I’m glad I chose here. The staff was quick responsive and reflexive to make my situation better and at ease.

Jamari was a friendly face and was helpful in making our trip pleasant. (We went to the wrong place and they worked with us to figure it out)

Laurin and Penny were knowledgeable about the process of vouchers and things and got me set up with a room quickly , Amanda worked to get my order in at the bar since I literally arrived 4 mins before they closed the kitchen and was all over the place.

Not where I expected to be but glad I came here, wished I had stayed here for my time at Dreamville

I absolutely fell in love ❤ with the Hyatt House if I could give more stars ⭐ I would! Friendly outgoing staff throughout my whole entire stay. Extremely clean rooms with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The manager of the hotel was extremely nice / helpful as well! I definitely enjoyed the clean outside pool 🏊‍♀/ the inside hotel fitness room 🏋🏽‍♀. Only downfall was being charged $7.00 for parking at the hotel! I wasn’t pleased with the parking charges. In my opinion it should be free parking. Overall the parking fees didn’t spoil my stay. I had an amazing three night stay I will definitely be booking Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport✈ again in the near future for my next get away trip! 🤸🏽‍♀💜🤗
