Pat was awesome with great customer service. Our double whopper was made to perfection! She definitely knows what's she's doing. Will return 😍

I was shocked that the dining area was closed on Sundays. Went through the drive through with a mobile order and it took a while to get my food. They had to remake my Bacon King because I did not want cheese but they put it on my sandwich anyway.

I have never been to this location before. I had to grab lunch today and this was the closest place. At 12:30pm this joint was PACKED both drive thru and inside. I opted to go inside. While I had to wait for a few minutes to get my order taken, I notice the crew working to get the orders together. Everyone I saw was working and communicating with others to get the orders done as fast as possible. The reason I’m writing this is to commend the staff for being polite with great customer service during what was a VERY busy busy day.

Magnificent quality customer service displayed by the team here, catering to the kind gentleman 🕴 in front of me..."Is there anything else I may do for you? Does your order look correct?" Even repeated his order to verify and confirm. Highly professional and fantastic customer care and consideration for the customer. Strongly urge to visit.

Great on duty manager. Burger fell apart, lettuce everywhere. But, fries were piping hot.

The manager here was very courteous and helpful when I had a problem with my order. He handled it quickly and professionally, something I appreciate very much. I'll be back simply because he went out of his way to help me and solve my issue. Great work!

There was an issue with my order in drive thru and I happened to have completed a survey. The next morning the store manager called me and let me know that she wanted to correct my order. I went back and they fixed my order and everyone was extremely nice and apologetic. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you own up to it and try to fix it that makes a difference. It's all about customer service. Thank you Ms. Pat and Ms. Shonnell for turning it around.

Listen well and was in and out of drive thru in just a short time.

Hey I'm sorry to all who have experienced bad customer service here, I started working here middle of July 2016 so I don't know all, however as a crew member and a clerk at this Burger King I am willing to do my part to keep customers like your self happy and excited to come here to get good deals. I myself am pleased to say that we do have customers who come in on a daily basis every night that I work (all but 2 days out the week) buying the same thing every day. This one gentleman comes in every day I'm on. This is how the conversation starts. "Hello sir how was your day?" "Hot" he says taking off his hat and wiping off the sweat that has accumulated during the long walk in 90° heat.
"What can I get you today sir?" I say with a with a smile.
"The usual, I'll get the food after" He would say with a sigh of relief.
Knowing what "the usual" was is always something that kept me going. If someone says the usual they expect you to know what that means, how would you know what they mean unless you have met that person before countless times and know what they want every time. That is a person that knows and expects the best, trusts you to give exemplary customer service. I may not do what you want me to do but I do what I'm told. As long as it besides the company and all who come. Thank you to all who read through all of this. EAB

Although, heavy construction near store across from Cecil Street and the NCCU Law School, service was manageable, efficient, and our food was hot. The only drawback is if you go through drive thru you can only use 1 coupon per car but, we had 5 people in the car and 3 separate orders !!!!! JUST Saying, food for thought !!!!!!

Best burger King in Durham by far...always receive my food in a timely fashion... And it's always hot and delicious. Staff is super friendly as well. I will be returning to this Establishment when I commute to Durham.

I love Burger king,i visit at least once a week for my Garden Grill Chicken Salad and Apple Pie. The service is excellent .Also you get a get item on your receipt to do a survey and get free food .Customer service is great.

The only fast food restaurant that we go to. To be even more specific, just the BK near Northgate Mall
