Holiday Inn Express Raleigh-Durham Airport, an IHG Hotel

A very good location both to the airport and Duke Hospital facilities. The service at the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the breakfast served was terrific. We'll be coming soon.

Lovely spacious room, nice amenities, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the black out curtains created the best ambiance for a peaceful night's sleep before flying out on vacation. Great place for holiday or work. Friendly staff, fresh coffee and clean space.

It’s a great hotel to stay out if you need one near the airport. The one problem I found with it was all the road construction around it, made it a little tough getting in and out. We had a large group of kids stay on our floor, yes they were noisy, but you could only hear them in the hallway, walls are thick enough to keep noise out

Fabulous hotel close to the airport. Service was amazing- front desk and breakfast staff were so nice! Breakfast was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Clean room, excellent staff/service at front desk. Happy Hour food far exceeded expectations, the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
Airport shuttle included with room was prompt and the driver courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to leave the Outer Banks early because of tropical storm Ophelia. We arrived tired and frustrated. Mandy treated us like family, giving us a key to a very clean, comfortable room. She gave us a list of nearby restaurants. She set us up for late check out and for a ride to the airport.
After dinner we met Lauren, the assistant manager. She made sure we were happy with our room. We are very happy with our room.

Great location, free airport shuttle, clean rooms, and great staff. Fran was very welcoming and nice during our stay!

Lauren is AMAZING!! I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Lauren was so eager to help and answer all of my questions. She takes customer service to a whole other level. I am so impressed by how much she cares for the customers- she helped arrange shuttles, recommended dinner locations, shopping, etc! 5/5 stars for Lauren!

Very nice people! Great breakfast! I used their free shuttle service to pick me up from the airport and truly appreciate how prompt and courteous the driver was. My only complaint would be that the carpet was a little dirty (like most hotels) Overall a great experience! Thankyou to all who made my stay pleasant!

Nice area close to the airport. Evening and morning staff did an amazing job in helping me with the computer center and getting a good nights sleep.

Great staff all so helpful. We got stuck and extra day and they accommodated the change no problem. Great location with shuttle to airport. Rooms spotless, comfy bed and really nice breakfast. Can’t say enough about desk personal!!

Great hotel. Not only do they have a great breakfast but also a nice homemade dinner on Tues and Wednesday evenings.

This place..... THIS PLACE!!!!! Everything about the Holiday Inn Express (Raleigh-Durham Airport) is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The staff and service are both marvelous, and EXTREMELY CONSISTENT with the positive energy and communication that is necessary to maintain the amazing establishment that they provide for us. Ariel, Israel, Mandy and Fred are very kind, attentive, and always professional with us guests. The manager Lauren is the ABSOLUTE BEST, she’s truly kind and very attentive (hilarious too 😂😂😂)!!!!!!This hotel truly has a home-grasp to its environment, as well as a family-oriented feel of love and tranquility….YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG with choosing to stay here, it’s the absolute BEST!!!!! 100/100 for this review, Highly Recommended!!!!!!

My Stay was amazing..Very comfortable beds..Very Clean and hospitable hotel..Breakfast is awesome 5 star...

I felt so safe and well taken care of here after my terrible experience yesterday at an Extended Stay a couple hours away.

The rooms are clean and modern/updated, the beds are soft and luxurious-feeling, the bathroom couldn’t possibly be cleaner. I had a really exhausting weekend and staying here felt like just what I needed to relax and recharge.

This hotel is great close to the airport. They have free shuttle service and it’s close to convenience store and restaurants. The front desk agents are great and always welcoming you. The breakfast is always fresh and the attendant is always friendly.

This place was nothing short of amazing , the food was fresh for the entire time breakfast was being served, shuttle times were great and its near the airport. The only con I would have was it took us a while to get extra towels for our group of people but they explained that they were a little short staffed which is understandable. Overall 10/10 would recommend

We had an excellent experience for a one-night stay. The rooms, gym, and dining area are very clean. The staff was readily available for our late check in and all of the hotel staff were lovely to interact with! Would highly recommend!

9/10 - Most comfortable bed 🛌I’ve found in NC so far. Friendly staff and very clean property. The only negatives were that the price was slightly higher than abutting hotels and wish the sausage was replaced with bacon🥓 at breakfast
