Recently ordered takeout and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. What impressed me even more was the generous portion sizes – each serving was ample enough to satisfy everyone in my group, leaving us feeling fully satisfied. Despite being takeout, the food was still fresh and piping hot when we received it, which was a testament to the restaurant's attention to quality. The convenience of takeout combined with the quality and quantity of the food made for a fantastic dining experience that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and generous portions.

We love going to the Loop! The food is always very good- you can’t go wrong on the menu! Tonight we celebrated a birthday and Nick went above and beyond to make our child feel special. He checked on our food and let us know he thought our burgers were slightly over what we ordered and offered to replace them. He checked in multiple times to make sure we had what we needed and was very kind and generous to our children. We were blown away by his kindness and service! We have another birthday in 10 days and will absolutely be back!

A new neighborhood eatery quickly becoming a fan favorite, this newly opened restaurant is filled with character, great service, and delicious food. Spacious, clean, and well decorated, The Loop on Broad is a great place for a quick bite or leisurely dinner. The food is hot and beers cold. Come for the burgers and pizzas. Leave with a milkshake and full stomach. Two thumbs up. Five stars. Well done. We’re coming back.

And there’s outdoor seating.

Food is consistently good and there's something for everyone! Pizzas, salads, and soups are my favorites. Service is efficient. My only complaint is that the dining area is always so cold that I have to leave my coat on! But, I'm usually cold so that may be just my experience!

Good place for food. Family friendly with high chairs if needed but no booster seats. Good options for food, great flavors and seasoning, topped of with 90s r n b. Pretty cool spot. Outdoor seating available.

Never saw so many smiles. The people that worked there were genuinely smiling and happy, service was fast. The patrons were all in a good mood and the place had a nice feeling to it.. We were glad to be there. Had the cheeseburger and fries, very good and cooked to my desired level perfectly. Low key, clean, relaxed.. 13/10 give them a try!

Yes it's a chain, but it has been great both times I've gone. Hamburgers med rare, oh boy they are good. Kids loved the chicken and pizza.

Someone recommended The Loop to us as a last minute dinner idea. We decided to take a chance and try it out....wow! So glad we did! The Asian salad dressing is phenomenal! I also got the Pesto Chicken sandwich and the Rosemary chips. The food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The staff worked well together and it seemed to support a great team player atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to try more menu items. I highly suggest this gem!

Eating at The Loop was a pleasant surprise and a wonderful experience for my family. We are not from the area and needed something that would accommodate my vegan daughter. They offer an excellent variety of fresh food packed with loads of flavor. The service was perfect; fast and friendly. The dining area was spacious and comfortably accommodating. I would rate them 10 stars if I could and will definitely visit again before we leave the area! By the way...you have to try the milkshakes. They are delicious!!!

Great food. Great Service. Very clean, nice looking location. Indoor and outdoor seating is a great touch. Small but ok beer selection.

Wonderful setting. Outside seating available. Food did not take long to be prepared. The French onion soup was fantastic.

I had an appointment at Duke in the afternoon and was looking for a bite to eat. I wanted to try something new. An excellent choice. Love the setup. Counter service, but prior to ordering there is an area with menus you can look over so you don't take too long at the counter. There's sanitizer there with the menus. Two of us ordered the burgers. Cooked perfectly to order. The steak fries were crisp. I got the blue cheese chips. They were amazing. I saw a pizza go out and it looked delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and dining areas and restroom were clean.

Great food selection, plenty of parking, and great prices. Will be coming back.

This was our first time visiting here, the atmosphere was great. A nice place to sit in and enjoy the food.

Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! In the age of Covid, I set my expectations pretty low everywhere. This place exceeded my expectations! Burger was great, cooked medium perfectly, broccoli as my side. Hubby had a burger as well, we both enjoyed everything. I wish they would post more signage about how it works (order first, sit, get your meal) and I feel like I would have ordered a lot more if it was a sit-down waiter/waitress environment (I would have ordered more wine, dessert etc.) so maybe re-thinking that part would benefit them, but other than that, really enjoyed our meal! Also was confused on whether we bus our own tables, they definitely need more info on what the process and expectations are (more signage maybe?). Overall, great meal and I would go back to try other things!

Update: Been back multiple times now, I LOVE their cheeseburgers, friendly service, has become a good go-to if I have friends with kid's visiting!

Excellent pizza and top notch customer service. The employees always go out of their way to ensure that I have a wonderful experience. Awesome variety of toppings as well. The gluten free pizza is seriously freaking delicious! Salads are fantastic as well, super fresh ingredients

We had a great dining experience at The Loop. I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, and it was so good! Everything was prepared as ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole restaurant is decorated well, and I can't wait to go back, so I can sit outside the next time. They have a great patio area in the front.

Unlike any breakfast place I've ever been. Lots of choices, table of 9 loved their meal as well as I did. Phenomenal coffee from a local coffee maker. Enjoy

Gosh darn it this food is amazing! We went on a weekday evening when it was very quiet and had a great experience. The arugula-loving member of our party was NOT disappointed with the amount of greenery on our pizza, either. Would definitely come again; the menu is expansive and everything looked great.
