Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

My new crown feels great and I’m very happy with it and Dr. Kim did an excellent job. It feels so good to eat my food now. The staff at Lane & Associates have always been very nice and easy to work with. My wife and I have been going here for years now.

I came in for an extraction for the second time after having some complications with the first attempt, Dr. Kim was so kind and considerate and empathetic, I’ve never had an experience where so much compassion and care was shown upon first meeting someone. She was efficient, she communicated throughout the entire process and through her words and expertise I was certain I was in capable hands. Thank you so much.

The Staff in this office made me feel at ease and safe before extracting a tooth. I never have to sit and wait a long time in the waiting room. Nice clean office. They explained everything that was to be done and why. Very Professional and Knowledgeable. I encourage anyone needing dental work to check out LANE and Associates on Broad street.

I've never felt so comfortable in a dentist office before. Everyone is happy and really nice. Dr Kim is so gentle I didn't feel any pain and then she made me beautiful teeth and made them fit perfect. Lynne who assisted is great and kind and funny. I highly recommend this dental office

Finally found a dentist/team I’m comfortable with.

My daughter had a horrific dental emergency and this office got her in right away AND stayed late for her. Dental assistant, Lynne and Dr. Piplani were both so so gentle and thorough in caring for my daughter. They cared for her like she was their own. Being a dental hygienist myself, I know what to look for in a dental office. I highly recommend this office and I will be forever grateful for their care during my daughter’s dental emergency.

I am impressed with the staff. The people at the front desk, my dentist and the office business manager are friendly, knowledgeable and committed to your dental health. I have felt valued as a patient whether personally in the clinic or conversing with individuals over the phone. They are outstanding.

Dr. Piplani and her assistant, Lynne, got me into the chair just a few minutes after I arrived for my appointment and proceeded to do the dental work I needed in a quick but careful manner. There was no pain involved (as Dr. Piplani and Lynne promised me before he started) and the procedure was completed very quickly. The drilling, filling, and smoothing was done all in less than in hour with very little pain at all. I am very pleased with the work they both did.

Great experience with Lane Family Dentistry. Very polite staff, great care, answered all my questions and I appreciate the price transparency. Also takes my insurance which is the most important thing!

My teeth have always been SUPER sensitive and, although previous hygienists at other practices have tried to accommodate this, my most recent cleaning with Sanjay was by far the most painless and comfortable cleaning I have ever had. I have never requested a particular hygienist before but I will be scheduling my cleanings with him from now on!

I came in to get a teeth cleaning in mid January, and my dentist, Dr Piplani, was able to spot two areas that needed fillings that no other dentist could find for the past 4 years! I had issues with food getting stuck, slight pain, etc,. Today I came in and received world class treatment from Lynne, my hygienist, and again from Dr Piplani. Lynne was so sweet, held my hand during the numbing process, and chatted with me to pass the time. Dr Piplani was so gentle and provided painless treatment. To say I’m happy with my experience is an understatement! My wife and I will continue to go to Lane and Associates for all of our dental work.

Lynne & Dr. Piplani were so great during my filling this afternoon. Patient, great bedside manner, which means a lot when dental visits bring on a lot of anxiety.

My experience with Lane and Associates Dental was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed and recommendations were made. Dr. Kim, Sanjay and Sania were awesome. I highly recommend the Broad Street Office.

It was our firts dentist visit with Catalina, she is 5 years old and was very scared. However, Mrs. Lynne and Dr. Chhavi were so kind and patient to let Catalina gain more trust and confidence. At the end we could finish a successful first dentist visit, thank you so much

My assistant was great on helping to extract my tooth alongside my dentist who was fantastic . My visit was exceptionally great & I'm very happy with the oral surgery that was performed today ! Thank U Lane & Associates !!
