They actually care about their customers. Shipping is usually the next day, super fast & always packaged nicely. All of the oils & waxes are fresh & smell as described. Love them!

She is very informative, helpful, creative and will not rush through any questions concerns a buyer/patron will have. I had many questions and she fulfilled every question with an extremely well answer. Cooperate should have her do all employee onboarding. I would definitely like to include her co employee which he too was quite informative including both of them narrowing down the fragrances to my blended series. I was impressed 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Super warehouse for candle supplies. The cool part is you can order before coming and then just pick up your items right there. Great quality products and a MASSIVE selection.

I have been using Candle Science products since 2015. I used their door pick up for years. I recently got to go to the new location and I was not disappointed! I absolutely love the set up and the people on the floor were very kind and courteous. Great on site experience and look forward to returning for more products.

I order jar and lids from CS twice and year and have always had good experiences with them. Just this summer I had one jar in and order with a minor blemish. When I told CS about it, they fully refunded me the entire case, exceeding my expectations.

By far THE BEST candle supply company out there. I use Candle Science for all my fragrances and essential oils, as well as a few other items. Their customer service is top notch, and they have the quickest delivery out of any candle company I purchase from. It takes FOREVER to receive fragrances from numerous other candle companies, so I don’t even bother and only use candle science fragrances for my candles. I also love their transparency with clean scents and ingredients. Love you guys, keep up the good work.

My first time attending the Candle Science Sales floor in Durham was September 22, 2023. It was beautiful. The sales floor is amazing and we were greeted by Howard who was absolutely amazing to work with. It became really busy and while there were 4 people working in the store, Howard worked the entire floor. He helped everyone at the same time and didn't break a sweat. Howard is wonderful and contributed to our experience. He also made suggestions and gave tips we would have never thought of. We will be back and will also look forward to seeing Howard.

This is a wonderful place to order your supplies from for candle making they have essential oils they have fragrance oils and they also have soap making kits and supplies beautiful Warehouse with a section of the warehouse in display that you can walk in and pick up your orders that you've ordered online. Friendly staff great location plenty of parking. The overall setup was beautiful.

Not at all what I was expecting. You actually get a rep to walk you through all the fragrances. Our visit was well over an hour. I was able to place an online order while in the store and had it in my hands within minutes.
