I've been married for over 35 years and it was time to reset my diamond. Being a farmer, I had to stop wearing my traditionally-set diamond after bending a prong while working with livestock and machinery. Kai Hill, an amazing goldsmith, listened to my concerns and understood my desire to wear my ring rather than keep it in a drawer. She designed an amazing ring and we added a small sapphire to the wedding band. So beautiful!! Kai told me that I should be able to wear my rings on the farm and I admit I was skeptical, but I have been wearing them 24/7 for weeks now and hardly notice they're there. I have never caught my diamond on anything while working and the setting is easy to clean. Kai and the staff at Hamilton Hill Jewelry are incredible and I highly recommend them!

After researching and contacting them through their website (grateful to hear from them through text message), I went by Hamilton Hill Jewelry and they checked the diamonds on my rings and cleaned them for free. I’m horrible with names but the person who helped me was wonderful. My son and I showed up in casual wear from off the street and we were treated like we walked in wearing designer clothes.

I can’t remember the last time I had them cleaned but with our anniversary coming up, it was time! I couldn’t stop staring at the bling! They did a great job! I plan on taking my husband by to get his wedding band resized.

This is the first stop my fiancée and I made to look at engagement rings. We were both so overwhelmed with the process until we stepped into the door at Hamilton Hill. Sarah helped us pick out the most perfect rings that matched each other perfectly. The entire team here is absolutely amazing. I took my wife to do some "looking around" before Christmas. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hamilton Hill. Sara Hill took us through their beautiful collection and my wife fell in love with a few pieces. As a husband, I appreciate those who treat my wife with such kindness as I saw today. Sarah is a truly wonderful human. I reached out to her while my wife and I were on the hunt for my wedding band. Sarah was incredibly accommodating and supportive. She was reassuring with difficult sizing, and the ring fits absolutely perfectly. Sarah had a wide selection of unique men's bands, offered us a fair price, kept us well informed of our order, and put so much thought into every detail - from offering engraving to including a stately ribbon around the ring box and a buffing cloth to maintain the finish (since we can’t visit her in person as much as we’d like to). The selection of jewelry she curates at Hamilton Hill is stunning. We are a difficult pair to shop for and left with plenty of treasures added to our wish list.

My partner and I worked with Sarah and Ken to design a custom ring, and it was a lovely process from start to finish! They were both so kind and patient throughout our appointments, and we are so excited with the design we walked away with. For years I had been doodling designs on scraps of paper for just what to do with the family diamonds. It seemed a shame to have all of that family history just sitting in a drawer. I saw some lovely custom designs online at the Hamilton Hill site, and thought I would go by one Friday to check things out. Kai greeted me at the door and then graciously allowed me to spend a good hour asking questions. Better yet, she asked quite a few questions which really showed that she was interested in my needs and preferences. I came right back on Saturday with my sister in tow. She highly approved, and we placed the order for a trio of settings in different shades of gold. I could not be happier with the help and focus Kai gave me! My diamond, our Mother's and, our Grandmother's are all in a wonderful new settings. I am looking forward to returning to update more items in my jewelry wardrobe!

My husband surprised my daughter and me with beautifully designed modern HH jewelry earrings during a milestone phase for our family. We had a wonderful experience at Hamilton Hill! As two brides, they helped us with two engagement rings and two wedding bands, plus a special custom necklace. We went in just to look around, with no knowledge about fine jewelry, and Sarah and Kai patiently helped us with zero sales pressure. They are both incredibly talented and offered helpful suggestions to suit our individual styles, including a matte gold ring option, which turned out beautifully. We had many visits to the store as we narrowed down our decisions. We love our rings and are thrilled with our overall experience. We can't recommend Hamilton Hill highly enough!

I wanted to create two very special bangles in Rose gold as a commemoration to my amazing parents, who sadly are with us no more. I would not go anywhere else but Hamilton Hill and met with Ken who has both a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise and more importantly, some superb ideas that totally reflected in these simple pieces, the love that was between parent and child. Had a wonderful experience with Ken & Sarah at Hamilton Hill. My now husband and I came in with my very specific design for an engagement ring. Ken sat down with us and drew it out, we picked the metal, the specific diamond for the center and all the other details on the spot. About a month later it was ready and was absolutely gorgeous! Me being the perfectionist I am had to go in a couple times for a few adjustments, but now it is 100% perfect, exactly what I'd dreamed of and cannot be happier. Ken was so understanding and made the changes at no extra charge and took pride in getting the details just right. When it was closer to our wedding, I had Ken make my wedding band as well and it fits perfectly in line with the engagement ring that many people have asked if it's all one piece. Cannot recommend Hamilton Hill enough! If you are thinking about a custom design, Ken is your man!

The experience was 5 star PLUS. I drove from Atlanta, GA to Durham to get a Niessing ring re-sized. Kai and Sarah were pleasant and down to earth to work with. There was no up-selling - they made good suggestions to my husband about his ring. Mine was sent to Germany to be correctly re-sized. I felt it was affordable. Would highly recommend Hamilton Hill Jewelry to every one.

The team at Hamilton Hill is amazing!! Both my mom and I had family stones turned into the most beautiful pieces. Of course we were nervous about something happening to our stones and Ken, Sarah and everyone else treated them with such care. This shop is probably the best gallery I've ever shopped with. While I haven't been in person since I live out of state, they have made every transition completely smooth. They are very courteous. They pay attention to details. They always assist me however they can. I do have to share I'm extremely fond of Sheila Stillman's work. I have quite the collection. Sheila has worked very hard to accommodate older pieces with making new pieces to update my collection. You can find an arrangement of prices with all their work they carry. Wish I could share more about other artists's work but I'm not as familiar with all artist, however, just looking online and just their customer service, I would never hesitate to make any purchase. I hope everyone/anyone can have as good of an experience as I've had!

I cannot say enough about Hamilton Hill Jewelry. My husband and I designed my wedding ring there with Sarah 7 years ago with multiple very special family stones as well as some purchased ones and we also purchased my husbands band. My wedding ring is stunning! Sarah made this such a special and memorable experience for us. Recently I commissioned a bracelet for a very specific & special purpose and Sarah and Ken were remarkable at listening to my design purpose and then helped me to translate what that looked like in my head into a piece of jewelry that is so beautiful and so special to me.
