Keen and Cory at NTB in Durham NC made a stressful situation for me a breeze. Our car had a tire that had separated the belt on the way to the airport, and was shaking bad. When we returned they were able to get us in , provided multiple options and took care of the issue quickly as I had a 8 hr ride back and needed to get on the road as soon as possible. The shop was clean organized and all the employees I came in contact with made my stop there a quick and pleasurable experience that put me back on the road.

I've come here a few times, but today I came in for a nail in my tire that I urgently needed repaired. George was a miracle worker and made sure that my car was done by the end of the day. He also fit in some brake maintenance that I have been putting off. Very happy with the end result and with the price! Highly recommend!

I am from out of town and needed new tires while I was in the area. The guy at the front desk and the guy that was working in the shop were both very kind and did their best to accommodate my vehicular needs. The customer service was friendly, they checked everything on my car and let me know what it needed, worked with me on what I could and could not do at the time. A new set of tires, brake lights replaced, a new sensor and a new air filter and they got me back on the road at a decent price. If you are in need of service for your vehicle, this is the place to stop.

The alignment guy, sadly don't know his name, takes his job so steady and serious to get your car going as good as humanely possible, and Chris, the shop manager cares for his customers as much as he cares for his team, he's always there to help. This is a 10 out of 5 stars service.

My boat trailer blew a tire in I-85 two miles from the store, Chris helped me to safely nurse my trailer to their store. Brendan the technician did a great job of getting me a new tire, repairing the fenderwall. All of their work got me back on the road in less than an hour! Highly recommend them if you’re in a tough situation.

Friendly and thorough service! I came in for a battery check and replacement of a leaky tire. Chris greeted me right away, looked over my vehicle and let me know that another tire was also due to be replaced—he was thorough but not at all pushy in letting me know what was needed. Positive experience overall!

Good service on two occasions. Friendly, don't seem to upcharge, and fast service.
I called on a Saturday, they had an affordable brand of the tires I needed, and were able to replace them within 90 minutes of my call. I asked Chris to give a 2nd opinion on how many of my dry-rotting 4 tires needed changing, and he saved me good money (for now) to hold off on 2 of them. Would recommend.

I showed up with a bad tire on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get me 4 new tires on short notice. I am very appreciative of the amazing service and above and beyond effort. I was worried they were tired at end of the day but they never slowed down or showed it. Excellent dedication to help a customer!

There service was lovely they were very kind and cared about what was going on with my car. They got my car in quickly and did the repairs efficiently and to a high standard, they also were able to find a discount in the system for me and offered to do a free inspection! I’ll definitely be coming back, honest and high quality work!

The service I received at this NTB was very good!! I had a flat tire and they were able to get me a tire although they didn’t carry the make of the tire I already had. And even when I was getting ready to go and realized there was another problem showing up on my display they came and worked with it till it disappeared off of the screen. Thank you Chris, Stanley and other workers who really helped me out. I had to travel all the way to Virginia and they made sure that everything was working properly before I headed home.

These guys took great care of me when I needed it most. Pothole leads to a flat tire and I needed help to be there before they closed. They stayed late and helped me tremendously with 2 much needed new tires. Thanks very much Chris & J for a job very well done!

My experience at this location was very pleasant. Neem was super helpful and knowledgeable, and after a very stressful work day, I was able to come here, let them know my needs and not have to do much thinking (well other than the fact that I was so exhausted, I almost forgot my email address). Overall, great customer service! They’ve earned themselves a new customer for sure 🙂

I recently visited NTB for an oil change and tire rotation, and to my surprise, they offered the tire rotation for free! Chris and his team provided exceptional service, making sure everything was handled with care and efficiency. I left feeling confident in the work they did and will definitely be returning for future car maintenance needs. Highly recommend NTB for their friendly and professional service

Great service Chris and his group are kind but profeasional! They will let you know what going on with your car.
Make an appointment and leave it or sit and wait while your car is getting repairs done.
Their Tires are worth the warranty. Only had to be replace my tires once since I've had my car.
They can help get your car back on track.
They will helped with whatever your car may need.

Keem at the front desk was very nice and helped me out when I needed all 4 of my tires replaced. He managed to find me a good deal to keep it relatively inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

This place was a lifesaver. We were in Durham for a family medical emergency at Duke and got a flat tire. With no appointment Chris and his team got me 4 new tires that same morning and had us on our way home after a long week.

Amazing service! Got vehicle in and out very fast, no need to wait at all! Glad I got it fixed the day when my battery is dead! My car is an old model with a part that needs to be taken away before the battery change, but they did it well! Also helped me fixed a ton of small problems as well as my tire that’s wore!
