Last week I got terrific service from Chris and Idris in the tire center. I thought I only had a slow leak in my tire. It turns out that my wheel rim was corroded under the tire, which was not allowing it a proper seal. They recommended what I needed to do to have it fixed correctly, and they provided a temporary fix. They were very helpful and knowledgeable!

Great place to buy tires, especially during on-sale season.
Moreover, the road hazard warranty is also pretty handy. It can ensure the usage of your tires during the warranty.

Costco prices on Michelin tires can't be as as a package deal with lifetime rotation and balancing plus roadhazzard and flat repair included. Always very helpful and nice employees.
We had a sidewall cut on the beach at obx with around 70k on Michelin LTX, which off road hazards are not covered, but no questions asked they covered it. Then they were unable to get the same tire so they road hazard the whole set 100% because we had waited 2 1/2 weeks while they were trying to get the tire. So great place to buy tires.

I had a flat tire and dropped in without an appointment. I arrived 20 min before opening, hoping to be at the front of the line. The employee who was there saw me and 2 others waiting and opened the door early to let us sit down and took my keys to get started BEFORE opening time.

Another technician arrived shortly thereafter and started checking people in ten minutes before opening.

The employees here are extremely conscientious and service oriented. I'm always happy with the experience even when I don't have an appointment and need to wait.

I had a good experience here. I carried in a flat tire that another shop refused to fix. (Other shop incorrectly stated my run flat Bridgestone was un-repairable.) They had me going again quickly. Seemed well organized and knowledgeable. Were definitely friendly and professional.

I have used the Costco Tire Center for several sets of tires for my cars. I have been extremely pleased with the service both with the initial installation and for flat repair. They will repair flats for no charge and also rotate tires for no charge.

They were courteous, knew their business and fixed my problem. Could have gotten less expensive tires at SAM’s but was looking for reliability.

Awesome people here. Took my car as a walk in and had it fixed in under two hours. I really appreciated their help. Also the warranty saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend this place.

This is the place for Michelin and Bridgestone tires. They carry a large inventory and quote you the "Out the door price". Watch for their monthly specials on sets of 4 tires. Plus they will rotate the tires for free every 6,000 miles.

I have to say that warranty repairs to the tires happened in a hurry. Best experience that I have had with a tire warranty.

Fair pricing, friendly staff, & Mark (manager) always goes above & beyond. Would never get my tires anywhere else! Thank you, guys!
