Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport, an IHG Hotel

My experience here was great! Very nice hotel. The overall area was extremely quiet (minus the planes of course). My room was clean and the staff was really nice. Comfy beds for exhausted travelers by the airport. There's a BoJangles and Hooters right next to the hotel if you get hungry (to the left).

This hotel and its staff is extremely professional and very kind. I first came in later than expected due to delays with my flight and was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by a young lady named Jasmine. It was after midnight when I checked in and she was vibrant and energetic. I was so impressed. I also had to call her and share that I would be late and again she was kind, professional, and on top of things. I experienced great service at the breakfast and dinner space in the hotel which was clean and the servers and staff was again polite and on top of things. I was here for a sad occasion but the staff and the beautiful hotel made my stay GREAT! Even the lady and gentleman who drove the shuttle were very nice. I will stay here again when I come back in town. Superb all the way around and 5 stars!!!!!

I had the absolute please of staying at this hotel and I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. Jasmines' hospitality was over the top. I was impressed with how she greeted her guests and that she remembered all returning guests. She was an absolute delight. And although this was my first time staying at this hotel I would definitely go back. I didn't get everyone's name but the young lady that served me during breakfast was a delight as well. Thank you guys for your kind hospitality. Oh, the hotel was clean and the rooms were really nice as well.

My boyfriend and I came to town for a family wedding and we had a great stay! The room was clean, quiet and beautiful. We were immediately greeted by Jasmine, who was assisting another guest with a reservation mishap, she seemed to go above and beyond to help him with his problem . Once it was our turn she greeted us kindly and initiated some very welcomed small talk after a long day of travel. She ensured we knew where the closest exit was to where we parked, and was very helpful in answering our questions. 12/10 will definitely be staying here again anytime we're in Raleigh and a special thanks to Jasmine for going out of her way to make sure we feel welcome!

ERIN saved the day! My mom needed extra help and she totally made her feel welcome! She made the check in easy and fun!! We had a lovely breakfast. The rooms were nice and the breakfast we delicios!!

Since my return flight from Raleigh to Hamburg via London was canceled due to a technical problem, American Airlines put me up for one night at the Holiday Inn at Raleigh Airport.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are bright and friendly and the WiFi is also great. Of course the aircraft noise is unmistakable here, but that's absolutely OK for one night.

But the best thing is the staff! The employees are super friendly and helpful. I even got a voucher for breakfast, which is normally not included in the overnight voucher.

Each month coworkers and I travel to this city for our monthly meeting. It kind of feels like Jasmine is a member of our team because, she recognizes us when We check in To the hotel. She remembers what type of rooms we prefer, how we like to be on different floors when possible, she has even given us recommendations Four local full service restaurants always encouraging us to purchase breakfast at the hotel. It is my health that she continues to grow with this company. Thank you for making business travel less stressful!

This was my first time staying at this hotel last weekend and I must say that all expectations were met from customer service to cleanliness. It was very peaceful . I highly recommend this location as great get away when traveling . I will be returning soon .

Great location for the festival I attended. This is the only non-resort Holiday Inn I've been to that has a bar! The beds are super comfy. Nice hotel for the price.

The last week spent at Holiday Inn on Airport Blvd was wonderful. Jasmine at the front desk made this home away from home. Very attentive staff throughout the stay. Could not have asked for more. Thank you all, looking forward to my next visit.

Jasmine at the front desk was so kind and helpful during check in! Room was clean and well stocked, and the free airport shuttle ran on time (even at 4 am!)

Jasmine at the front desk is the BEST - the exact type of person who should be front facing and dealing with guests. I checked in late after a long day, and Jasmine was upbeat and friendly and super accommodating - even at the end of HER work day. This is a rare thing to find in an employee or manager within a large company. If I were on undercover boss I would promote her simply for that interaction. If the hotel higher ups read this, do more than give her a pat on the back, do more than a gift card…give her a great raise or a promotion. These type of people are rare.

Jasmine is AMAZING. She just checked us in and made us feel so welcome, accommodated and excited to be here. She deserves a raise!!

Front desk staff were very friendly. Tika was very professional and efficient. Check in took 5 minutes. After a long day of work she made me feel at home. Hotel was very clean and rooms very comfortable.

My own stupid fault for missing the booking date not being right for my trip and being a no-show...when I did arrive the following week Jasmine was kind enough to short this all out and find me accomodation onsite anyway. Good on the team! After a hell of a travel day this was going to be the last straw, but ended up being the positive end. Thanks all.

This Holiday Inn is ALWAYS our go to when we visit the area, which is often! Jasmine who helped me on my most recent visit was beyond AWESOME! She accommodated me & my stay to my specific needs & her customer service skills were top notch! I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in this area!
