Pete was extremely helpful in our purchase in Durham. He made the process work extremely well beginning with educating us about the real estate process in North Carolina, followed by identifying our criteria for what we wanted in a home. Once we found a property we wanted to make an offer on, he successfully guided us through that process. He created a timeline for all the items needed to be completed prior to closing and kept us organized and on task to complete the purchase. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. His attention to detail resulted in a number of estimates to fix what was found on the home inspection. Each and every service he recommended was very helpful and has made moving in much easier! He came highly recomended by our daughter and one of our friends. You're doing yourself a disservice by not asking for Clara to be your realtor. She was phenomenal from start to finish. She found me a home WAY under budget, saving me thousands, AND got a credit from the seller, despite it being an "as-is" sale. Clara is very straightforward and honest. She is in this profession because she loves her job and is passionate about helping people, which was apparent throughout the entire process. Our experience with Pete Eisenmann @ Urban Durham started because we liked how he talked about his dogs on the website bio (okay... we did look at reviews too and saw he was rated well as a realtor)! We are relocating from Pittsburgh, PA as we move into retirement. My wife and I moved into our custom-built, dream home in South Durham in 1993. We enjoyed 29 wonderful years at 5 Falcon Nest Court before Wynda was stricken with a fatal stroke last July. A few months later I decided to sell the house. I asked a friend, who knew my personal situation and my feelings about my home, who he would recommend to assist me in selling my home.
