Five stars for USA Flooring in Durham! I came in on a Monday needing carpet installed asap after a poor experience at a "big box" company. The staff in the Durham location promptly showed me the carpet selections in-house, quoted me, and installed my carpet only 3 days later. I was able to put my house on the market the very next day with beautifully installed plush carpet. I was under contract within a week and wouldn't have been able to say so without the help of USA Flooring. Excellent customer service and quality—I will be coming back when I purchase my next home. I recently spilled a large amount of paint on our bedroom carpeting which now required replacement. Our house is only one year old, so I wanted to have the same carpet installed. The salesman at the Durham location of USA Floors, Grant Perkins, was awesome! After considerable research, Grant identified the carpeting our builder installed had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Grant came to the house and removed a small piece of the carpet to take back to the store to try to match it. He found carpeting that so closely matched what we had no one can tell the difference. The installers did a beautiful job, leaving no mess, and even vacuumed the carpet before they left. I would definitely use this company again!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced, Nadia immediately (within 30 min) came to my rescue when another flooring company fell through, she quickly confirmed the flooring I needed was in stock and provided a quote the same day! Installation was scheduled quickly, the installers were on time, and they did an amazing job; the floors are absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend USA Flooring! Kim P

We just had USA install pre-finished hardwood throughout our second floor. They had a great product that matches our downstairs site-finished floors nicely, a very competitive price, excellent customer service (especially from Kenan), and a phenomenal installation crew! We recommend them highly.

Great flooring selection. The associate I worked with, Grant, was very knowledgeable and helped me make informed decisions about the flooring types that made sense for different rooms, and helped me find color selections that were a great match. Communication was very good across the process. The installation process was excellent, very professional, and my new floors look wonderful!

Can't say enough about what a great experience I had working with USA Flooring and Kenan Lewis their store manager. Awesome customer service, very reasonable pricing, and great communication throughout. Carpeted the entire upstairs of our 3 bedroom townhouse and then did a couple bedrooms at our other house. Installers did great work. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about USA Flooring in Durham. From the day I walked into the showroom to the day the crew left after my install, everything went perfectly. My project manager Carlos Ramirez helped me choose the laminate that closely matched what I had already (next year I hope to do the other half of our house) and checked in with me periodically as well as dropped by to see how the project was coming along. The installation crew Fidel, Ernesto, and Rene were amazing. They did my entire 2nd floor which includes three bedrooms (and all the closets) in just two days. The floor looks flawless. They damaged nothing whatsoever, and even managed to keep my internet and cable connection intact the whole time. Everything about my experience with USA Flooring was well beyond what I had hoped for. I will go nowhere else for my next project. I highly recommend them.

Grant was very knowledgeable and honest about the flooring pros and cons, and it allowed us to make a good choice in the end. Being able to take the samples home to see them against our current floors was really helpful in making a decision. Communication has been great as the flooring and accessories have come in

We chose USA Flooring to install engineered hardwood throughout our townhome's lower level (living area, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry room) and had a wonderful experience. Mike was very helpful through the entire process and was always available to answer questions. They were flexible with our needs, had lots of samples, and offered competitive pricing. The team sent to do the install was kind, hardworking and did a fabulous job. We also had them install new carpet in a bedroom a year ago and are still happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend USA Flooring!

USA Flooring provided excellent service from the start to the finish. Katie, the manager, and Grant, my sales representative were very thorough, and answered all my questions. Brandon and his team installed my floors and were so considerate and easy to work with. Not to mention that they did a fantastic job, and my new floors are like dream come, true! Shout out to Juan also, who did the final trim work. The materials used will be a breeze to clean up messes made by foster dogs and everyday dirt from farm life. I couldn’t be happier!

The entire staff at USA Flooring has been an amazing and fun process. I hate shopping and picking out what matches. I’m not good at that. I’m so grateful to Bill, Bob, and especially Angie for helping me make the process easy and informative. I love my new LVP from Mohawk and the new carpet that repels liquids!!
