David, was very polite and professional. I came in due to my Engine light popped on and he connected the scanner and was able to tell me right off what was the issue. The customer service was exceptional. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks again .

I'm always amused by the "knowledge" of the staff . When a customer buys a tie rod end , they probably won't need a ball joint separator... Just yet ... Just saying, but thanks anyway 🤣

I called ahead & Chris the sales associate took care of me right over the phone. All I had to do is go into the store & ask for Chris. He went and got the part & at the register made sure I got my military discount upon check out. Clean, friendly service..

Best experience ever! We called with one particular question. We started off with Brandon helping us, but when he couldn't answer it he sent us to Alan. We went in 45 before they closed and we had so many problems with our vehicle we were there until about 10 minutes after closin. Alan was so patient, kind, helpful, and courteous that we will use O'Reilly from now on for our auto parts needs.

Perfect, looked up what parts I need on there web site and which location was convenient for me to use they had all the parts I needed at one store. Walked in the door at the Griffin location briefly talked to the clerk who immediately started helping me out.He looked up the parts in the computer, found them from behind the counter. Paid and out the door.

Always helpful everytime I come to get something!!! Micheal was extremely helpful... He found out my antifreeze tank had a crack, showed me what to buy, he filled the tank up and then filled the jug with water so I could make it to my diesel guy in Monticello. Overall I have always had a pleasant experience when I have stopped in.

The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I always go here with my Daddy as well because they give him a military discount.
