We needed a pump for a client ASAP and Wilkerson had what we needed! Joe was friendly over the phone and super knowledgeable. The pump was ready when my husband arrived to pick it up. Lived in Durham for 30 plus years and had no idea this place existed!!!. Wonderful staff, straight forward prices and plumbing parts.. kinda a cool place.. I enjoyed my visit. I bought a sump pump basin and it was cheaper here than home Depot and Lowes...

Going there was recommended by a competitor that couldn't meet my needs. They are on a side street & i wouldn't have known about them otherwise. The folks behind the counter were both friendly & knowledgeable. I now have them on my "go to list" for future needs should the occasion arise.

Had a last minute problem - they figured out what I needed and helped me get it repaired on the same day. Always helpful and intelligent. Great place!
