We were in the area, passing through on a road trip. The reviews were good, so we decided to try. Service was friendly and helpful. They are busy, so food takes awhile, if we were local, we'd have called ahead. But aside from that, it was great. Honestly the best pizza I've had in years. My picky kids gobbled it down, especially the garlic knots. My husband enjoyed his stromboli, portions were huge, we left with more than half our food! Definitely recommend

Our family loves eating at Devil's! It's our Friday night ritual. There's lots of great stuff to choose from, including great vegan options. We love the strombolis and calzones--which easily make three meals. Plus, the folks working there are SO nice. Devil's is great food at a great price from great folks. Can't beat it!

TITO has the best customer service I have seen in the last 2 yrs. He knows what I want before I can get it out of my mouth. He’s always kind, polite & fast with my orders. I always ask if he’s there so he can take my order. I love coming here just to see him & try to make his day. Thanks for being you . Continue to keep being who you are. They were suchhhhh a joy to be around. Place was a tad bit small but the love & the joy of seeing ppl enjoy cooking, laughing with one another, treating customers (myself) like I was apart of the crew 😭🙌🏽🫶🏽She liked my hoodie too! 😂Trust me! Food is worth the prices!!!! & seeing the other customers faces when they receive their food was a joy too!! Most definitely recommend & will be returning! Demolished my 3 different pasta bowl, side salad & garlic knots 🙌🏽

True NY style food! Amazing service and the food is always fresh and so good! A Durham staple!!! They also have all the ice cream flavors you can’t find in stores.

Tito makes the BEST pizza around town! If you’re hungry, and want to satisfy your appetite you can’t go wrong with fresh pizza out the oven… especially made by Tito! 👌

Yum. I've been here before with my mom to have pizza, but I finally took my husband last night and he says it's getting added to the regular rotation (I agree). We had the pastrami Signature sub and he had the pizza steak sub (I think. It was either that or the philly steak sub) as well as some philly steak and cheese fries. The subs were Phenomenal! We only had a few of the fries, so not really a fair assessment, but also delicious. Tito came out and checked on us to make sure everything was good, which was super appreciated. We'll definitely be back, especially now that my husband knows about this place.

My life has been terrible. My wife left me, I’ve been struggling with the IRS, and my boss hates me. None of this matters when Im at Devils Pizzeria. At devils life is simple. I go there to laugh, to relax. There is one worker who is extra kind.

Oh boy! It was like being back home in NY. Driving up seeing the outside of the building alone made me nostalgic! As soon as we walked in, I knew it was the real deal! I ordered a slice with onions and peppers, and my husband ordered a slice with beef and mushrooms! We also ordered a large cheese pie to go with garlic knots, and every was absolutely delicious! The slices are HUGE and taste like home. If you love pizza, you are doing yourself an injustice if you don't go to Devil's NY Pizzeria! This is not New York style pizza. This is authentic New York pizza. Trust me me when I say you will not be disappointed!

Devils Pizza is by far hands down ! THE BEST PIZZA AND WINGS that i have had out of the south! because thats what i go there for and now they have these little cheesecake deserts called crumble cups that have me hooked as well lol. i have been going to devils for yearssss when i first started going i was like a fish on hook lol they reeled me in i was sold the first day and i have never had a bad experience. The food is always A1, customer service is dope i always feel like im back in New York when i walk in. If you looking for some bomb wings and pizza oh and pasta too my home girl loves the pasta thats the spot !

What truly stands out is their dedication to customer satisfaction - the owner once sprinted across a busy street to ensure a customer got the Ranch Dressing they were missing. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back to this 9th Street staple!

We have ordered in several times. The cheesesteak, lasagna, and alfredo are delicious.
Today we went in to order a pizza and tried the fried ravioli and cheesesticks. The food there is great! The owner was a great guy.
The only drawback is it's a small place.
We will be ordering in again.

Amazing food and service! We had a large group but they still got our orders out pretty quickly. Pizzas were all great and definitely worth the price. Very nice ambience and the servers were super friendly.

I hosted an event where a friend ordered Veganizza pizza online.
I googled Veganizza and it led me to another restaurant in Morrisville who was using the same online name Veganizza. To my disappointment the pizza was not the same nor was it affiliated. I then discovered through more research that the original Veganizza name was run by Devils Pizzeria. I rushed back to Durham and they took care of me!

Hands down some of the best pizza I ever had and I’ve had lots of pizza perfect undercarriage perfect cheese to sauce ratio 9.98 hands down oh and I also had the amazing chopped cheese nothing compares omg top tier if you’re in Durham devil’s pizzeria is the only place you need to try

Absolutely top tier! I ordered this for a friend from several states away. They made the food fast, it came out excellent, and they even took a special customization request to leave a little heart on the box for my friend and included a little message if encouragement.
