Super good food done real simply! Good barbecue options and flavors are great. Super friendly service! Also a great place if you don't have a lot of time. Food came out quickly! Prices are good also.

What a cute place for lunch while in Chattanooga! Very, very busy, but service kept up very well. Smoked wings were great, and the q-dog was unique and delicious. If I am nit-picking, I wished they had used a better bun. Banana Pudding was a nice finish. Loved the atmosphere.

This is a great restaurant with cool vintage items all over the walls as well as the tables being vintage themselves. Very friendly, warm, inviting employees giving great service! But keep in mind this is a small place. There is eating outside on the porch as well. The parking is very limited during peak hours (We went at lunch). And there may be a good wait for your food during peak hours as well. They do not have french fries, only chips, coleslaw, etc. But the barbecue is good!! The best way to enter is through the exit road for the incline railroad. 👍🏻👍🏻

Visiting Chattanooga and this place was close to Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway. I had the BBQ Quesadilla. Very filling and delicious. They weren't too busy, and service was friendly and fast. Kids loved the atmosphere and enjoyed all the decor. Banana Pudding is AMAZING. Do NOT skip dessert!

Oh, my goodness! I had the smoked wings with their sweet BBQ sauce and all I can say is, they were simply some of the best wings I've had. The was sauce had a nice sweet taste and were caramelized perfectly (not burnt or too saucey) and the smoke flavor stayed on the pallet for just a little while longer. Definitely worth the stop.

If you’re in the Chattanooga area you have to try the Purple Daisy. We are a family of 12 visiting from Florida looking for a place to eat and this one came up in our search. Wasn’t 100% sure to go there because it seemed so small, but went there on a whim and we all agreed hands down this is one of the best barbecue places we have ever tried and at very reasonable prices. Amazing ribs, literally fall off the bone smoked ribs, great baked beans, the potato salad was so good, also very good stuffed potato…I honestly cannot say enough good things, everything was amazing. We had Chloe and Jordan serving us and they were great as well, friendly and very patient with us. Do not listen to any bad reviews, if any; this is a must try, 10 out of 10!

We travel the country full-time and live finding local eateries. What a great find! The bbq was so tender fall-off-the-bone. The loaded baked potato was huge! Very attentive wait-staff, always asking if we need drink refills or anything else.

I sat at an outdoor table. The weather was beautiful and the server was awesome, she made an excellent suggestion to try the locally-brewed brown ale they had on tap. the BBQ was flavorful and smoky but not overpowering, and the original BBQ sauce had a sweet & vinegary tang. The hash brown casserole was cheesy and potatoey & the Banana Pudding was Incredible! I loved it

We were in town for two nights and this place was so good we ate there both nights. Great service, fantastic food, and reasonably priced.

We had a group of 6 eat here, we tried the rib plate, BLT, BBQ pork nachos, smoked wings, and hashbrown casserole as our meal… it was PHENOMENAL! The food, the service just amazing! We were there on a Saturday right when they opened at 11 so we didn’t have a wait our food came extremely fast which was great for the 3 ‘starving’ kiddos we had!

Utterly amazing!! This has to be the best BBQ sandwich I have ever eaten! The staff are so cool and friendly and I just love this place!!

This place is great. It has inside and outside seating. All the staff were great very friendly. The food was out of this world. Good portion for the price. The banana pudding is really great. This is well worth the drive. I would recommend to try this if you are in the area or are just looking for a great place to eat!

We enjoyed our bbq lunch here. Staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was charmingly quirky. Food was delicious. We ate bbq stuffed potato, bbq nachos, Alabama dirt pudding and banana pudding for dessert. All of it was yummy. Prices were good as well as portion sizes. It was a busy day, and social distancing was difficult, but I imagine it spoke to the place's popularity. We were in and out and satisfied in just under an hour during lunch rush.

We ate at the Purple Daisy 2 evenings for dinner. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. Also, had potatoe salad and cole slaw also very good. We will definitely eat here again. Servers very friendly and restaurant clean.

Had the ribs last night. So good we went back for the BBQ tonight. Also great tonight. Some of the best ever. Food and service were super. Will be back. THANKS!!!!@

I tried the rainbow sandwich, interesting combination but it was sooo good! Banana pudding was great also! There was outside dining which was great for us and the dogs!

Small, but cute restaurant. Located just across from the parking lot of the incline train. We walked up with a party of 13. The server had no problem putting us together outside (which was best since we had 8 kids)! Small menu, but delicious food. Their BBQ sauce is fantastic! Food came out fast, service was great, prices are great! I ordered their special (smoked wings) and they were very good topped with their hot BBQ sauce and also the sweet sauce. I also ordered their hashbrown casserole as a side. It was great, but it does have jalapeños and a bit of a kick. The baked beans are loaded with onions. My sister tried the tomato soup and loved it, it seemed creamy and not as strong of a tomato taste. Photos are the smoked wings, hash brown casserole, hot dog, and tomato soup. Great place to eat!

Such a cool vibe! Ah the employees were simply awesome. The food, top notch. This is TRULY a hidden gem in the Chattanooga area! Highly recommend.

Passing through Chatanooga and found this hidden gem. Food was super delicious and so far best tea I have found in Tennessee so far. If you get a chance eat here. Great Bbq and salads and service was nice as well, sat on the patio which was great. We'll be back!!!

The atmosphere here is so relaxed but welcoming. The decor is quirky and fun. The staff are laid back, friendly and helpful. This is our second visit, and between my husband and me, we have tried 4 different entrees and various sides, as well as the banana pudding. Everything has been delicious! Try the Rainbow Sandwich! We will continue to stop by The Purple Daisy every time we are in Chattanooga!
