Puckett's Restaurant - Downtown Chattanooga

Nae was amazing! We came in with a group of 10 and she didn’t skip a beat. She was very kind and accommodating, and even brought the kids meal out first for the toddler of the group, which was much appreciated. The food was incredible as well. Highly recommend!

Visited Chattanooga for my birthday and wedding anniversary and made a last minute dinner stop and was NOT disappointed. AMAZING food. AMAZING service. Our waitress Hailey was so great. We will absolutely come back!

We went for breakfast. We actually dined here before for lunch and it was great. I didn't know they served breakfast till I was looking for a spot. It was decent prices and the food was delicious.

Visiting Chattanooga we had dinner at Pucketts at it was excellent. Full rack of ribs, Mac and cheese and taco salad were fantastic. I couldn’t get enough of their blackberry sweet tea. Our server was great! Thank you again Nae! We be sure to come back next time we visit.

Had a late lunch here today and the food was amazing. We had the pulled pork nacho, the Taco salad, and the Rib eye. I highly recommend Puckett's. And try the Music City Light draft beer, very nice!

Good southern food, big portions, excellent location, reasonable prices and excellent service. Our first time visiting this restaurant. We started with the nachos, it was recommended by our waiter and it was great. We had the fried chicken and was crispy and juicy. My daughter loved her Mac and cheese. My son had the burger with pulled pork and my husband the brisket sandwich. The food was delicious. I think the brisket sandwich needed more meat but it was flavorful.

We celebrated our friend's birthday! Absolutely wonderful bbq. Outstanding! Service was excellent, and Matt and their manager were sooooo friendly. Great job!!

In town for spring break and my cousin recommended Puckett’s for some good barbecue. Haley was our waitress and she was a sweetheart. Very attentive to our party as well as other guests. I ordered the cherrywood smoked ribs with broccoli and skillet Mac ‘n’ cheese for my sides. Omg. I rarely finish a meal when I eat out, but I left almost nothing! The ribs were fall off the bone and full of flavor, the broccoli was seasoned just right (to my taste) and the mac’n’ cheese was sooo good. The blackberry citrus tea was good, just needs a little bit of sweetness to make the flavors pop. Overall, 10/10! If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely stop by!

Some of the best smoked chicken I've ever had! Super moist chicken and pork. The sausage was worth the add.

We live about an hour away and decided to take a little family drive for dinner and decided to try Puckett's. It was definitely a good decision. My 6 year old tried ribs for the first time and is now hooked!! We had the fried rib appetizer and my husband and I loved them as much as my son. My husband got the smoked meatloaf which was good but I think might have been much better with more of a tomato or BBQ sauce instead of the mushroom gravy, it just takes away from the good smoke flavor. Our waitress was very nice and patient with it being our first time here and taking our time looking at the menu. She was very informative of the specials and deals that were going on at the time and most importantly she was great with my son. You will have to pay to park but it's really not very expensive and there are a few other little things to do in the area (like dessert across the street) so you get your money worth for the parking if you make a night of it.

The manager and general manager are amazing at assisting and checking in with you! Waitresses and waiters are excellent in service as well! The food is spot on every time!

5 STARS across the board. Right next to the aquarium. Large dining room was full. Wait was about 15 minutes. As soon as we sat the waitress was there. Have to say the waitresses hustled and were spot on. Extensive homestyle menu. Food took about 20-25 minutes including "have to be patient and wait for the fried chicken" which was 5 pieces and delicious. In fact all the plates had lots of food and there were zero complaints about the taste. I paid for three dinners & soft drinks at about $80 with 20% tip. Well worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Shelby was such a great server for me today! She enhanced my experience by meeting all my needs before I could even ask! Her food recommendations were top notch! I definitely will be asking for her next time i come!

Service was very quick and enjoyable. I loved the pulled pork, brisket could’ve been a smidge more tender. Wyatt was our server and he did exceptionally! Thanks for a great meal and some great music.

From the manager to the bar server to the absolutely best fried chicken I've had hands down from any state I've visited. If you happen to be in the area, it is my hope you have the same experience. Stop in and test my words for yourself.

We love Puckett’s! The food is always tasty, atmosphere is fun, and it’s affordable. Great BBQ and sides. Different pie every day. Sometimes live music. Back patio is great on a nice day. Shout out to Ashley who took care of our large group and made it look easy!

Thanks Wyatt & Alyssa for such great service. You two made this experience one of the best we’ve had while in Chattanooga. If you’re not sure on which dish to try, get the fried chicken dinner (breast, wing, leg and thigh). It’s served fresh and hot!!!

Shelby was the absolute best. She was always checking in on me and making sure i was okay! Never had to ask for refills once! She was so kind and sweet, very attentive. Thank you so much for being so patient with us and making our experience so amazing!!

We were able to sit outside and enjoy the absolutely phenomenal weather, the specials tonight included appetizers at half price which was wonderful, we noticed most of the food has a subtle whiskey taste and that is a nice change of pay, our waiter Wyatt was very attentive and we never had to ask for anything, he is highly recommended as a waiter

My wife and I are on our way to Florida for a cruise and stopped in this area for the night.

These pulled pork pimento cheese bites are a great start to a good meal!

I got the brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries and my wife got the catfish dinner. Everything was great. Oh, I cannot forget the Mac and cheese!! Not sure what they put in that stuff but, wow!! Good stuff!!

We finished it all off with the cobbler of the day which was a strawberry mango cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Such good food that we need to take a walk around for it to settle down well.
