Pretty cool place. Close walk from the hotel. The gentlemen taking orders was super friendly and nice. Very welcoming.

Food was great and very reasonable. Ordered the two tacos for $9 and still couldn’t quite finish the second taco. Kids waffles were plenty and the kids kept commenting how fresh the strawberries were.

After tax only about $40. One think I like but was not prepared for was that the don’t do digital tips on the receipt. So make sure to bring a few bucks for tipping purposes.

Also we ate outside and it was a nice little patio area. Small but perfect size for a breakfast meal.

If ever in Chattanooga again, will certainly visit.

My and my family enjoy the food at Maple Company; however, today, we were met by trouble service. By only one of the servers, “ Joshua was not personable at all. Ask him how his day was and if he was busy, and she was insulting. I asked him very politely why he had an attitude, and she again with an attitude said he didn’t and asked me to order .I said you do and I then he walked off and I got another young lady . Danny she was amazing her patience and hospital was off the charts . She Answered every question and gave us the upmost 5 star Experience along with the other crew she was working with . James and the boy that was working they were so warm and caring and make the experience great along with the food . People who are having issue shouldn’t being that to work if they can’t do there job then they need not to be in front dealing with people move to the back or go home period .

First time visit today. Great food. Reasonable prices. Gal that waited on us asked us where we want to vacation, instead of our name, to call when our order was ready. Roomy table space. Coffee was wonderful. Berry-lemonade was very good.

There is a Maple Street Biscuit Company down in where we are from but wanted to try this one since we were in town. We loved what we ordered. We both ordered The Retro Plate and it was delicious. My husband ordered with the biscuit and jam and I ordered with the biscuit and gravy. I had never had their entree plates before in the past and this entree plate was exceptional. If you love fresh squeezed orange juice you definitely have to order some. It's so good. Another favorite part of coming here is when you order they have a question of the day or week they ask you. Whatever your answer is to the question, that is how they will call your order out to you. I always think that's so cool and unique. I would definitely come back to this location again. Although it was too cool for me to sit outside on their patio I did love they had heating lamps to keep guests warm. I could feel them warmth from them when we were standing outside waiting in line to get in. Service was great and the people are nice and friendly here.

Love it! Good food, excellent prices, AMAZING coffee! Outdoor seating with shops aligning the streets. Perfect southern charm.

The staff are amazing and the coffee was amazing!! The food was phenomenal rom presentation to finish!! If you are around the downtown Chattanooga area, I highly recommend stopping by!!! Thank you guys for the awesome breakfast!!

The Retro was great! Hit the spot. The manager was polite and on top of it. This was my first time and I'll be back. Everyone was friendly that I encountered.

The food was really good and different. The Smashbrowns were different and that makes this place stand out. Thanks to the cooks too!

The chicken was superb. The sausage gravy was some of the best I’ve had! The man at the counter was so kind and helpful. Loved the atmosphere!

I had eggs, bacon, biscuits, and sausage gravy. My wife had chicken waffles, which was probably the best we ever had. Both were very good. The very professional lady manager (originally from New Jersey) checked on us to see how our food was and if we needed anything, and we had a very pleasant conversation with her. All the employees there seemed highly motivated and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great food and yes the biscuits are excellent. Excellent food and very friendly staff.

We have had some hit or miss breakfast experiences lately, and felt very thankful that Maple Street Biscuit Company absolutely changed that around and exceeded our expectations! Josh was the gentleman taking orders and had such a wonderful personality and all around excellent customer service. Food and coffee were delicious, we will definitely be back!

The food was perfect. I sat outside, and it was quiet and beautiful. The cashier was southern hospitality incarnate.

We went for breakfast before heading to Rock City Gardens one Sunday morning. There is minimal on street parking, but a parking lot is a block away. We had to navigate with a few displaced persons, but they were not aggressive. The line moved rather quickly. I had the Sticky Maple & it was fantastic!! My wife had a Squawking Goat taco, and a plain biscuit, both of which she enjoyed thoroughly. My kids each had a half of a chocolate chip waffle. And those were excellent too!! Service was fine, having to pick up your food when they called you up (not by name, but by your first job, which was cool!) Bussed the table when done. They had crayons and paper for the kids, so all was good overall. Would definitely go back!!

Fantastic place with phenomenal customer service. We went with our 2 and 4 year old who were making a lot of noise and the cashier/manager brought a complimentary cinnamon biscuit, as well as crayons and paper, to the table to help calm the kids down. The food was out of this world good, and their coffee was amazing.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious. Simple biscuits with a flair. There are all types for every taste...and the maple coffee tops it all off. Try it today!

Had a great southern traditional dish, chicken and waffles! It was very good! The service was friendly and helpful! We also tried their Maple coffee K cups, went through one box and just ordered another! Was so good!

10/10 I wish I could begin to explain how kind accommodating and above and beyond they have been!! I work for a corporate branch that does a lot of catering with them in multiple locations and EVERY SINGLE one has been phenomenal!!!! I want to give a shout out to Barbara specifically on this one because she prioritized and rectified a situation in the time it could have taken any other company to just say no!! I absolutely love the experience and highly recommend!!

Also don’t get me started on the food. The hand made biscuits from scratch are made with love and are truly mouth watering! The chicken is always so moist on the inside and crunch on the outside. The apple butter *chef’s kiss!! I’m drooling at the thought! Highly recommend!!

Delicious breakfast!!!! My husband and I loved our visit while we in Sandestin Florida so we had to try it in Chattanooga. You did not disappoint. We were accompanied by our daughter in-law and grandson and they enjoyed just as much as we did. Thanks for the awesome service. One hostess retrieved a child's chair for us before we asked. So sweet. We left with happy bellies. 😀

Super friendly staff. Most excellent food. The maple tap coffee was well worth trying. Nice decor and theme to this restaurant. Would highly recommend this as a stop on your travels.

Amazing. We got takeout. The chix and waffles were simple yet Amazing! Get extra syrup. My love got the bluegrass bowl. The food in both orders were simply amazing. Definitely will make this a go to place. We travel alot and have seen them in various places. Won't EVER forget about this place!
