Aurelio and Turner offer excellent customer service.

Shipped a medical device from Spain to Raleigh Airport FEDEX.

Turner and his team assisted every step of the way. They answered their phones and listened to my needs.

Aurelio, greeted me at 73 am as promised, before nornal business hours at 9am. Paperwork filled out in few minutes and out the door. Efficient.

Best place to beat the crowds or have a need for shipping something that is outside the bounds of the general fed ex drop offs.
Anytime i have something international to ship i go here. Staff is well versed and my package never hangs up once it leaves

They are pretty good. All my packages were dropped off around 7PM and all of them were on their way the same day. Very nice.

Great person behind the counter helped me out with my RMA shipment. She had flowers from her yard on the counter. Very enjoyable place with an upbeat attitude.
