Amazing date night. Food was fabulous. 4 course prix fixe menu was killer. Each meal was delicious. Honestly, pleasantly pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was.

Atmosphere was fantastic. Service was superior. Multiple staff waited on us. Ryan was great. Can’t wait to come again.

My husband got us reservations here on January 3rd! The parking was perfect for the location as I wear heels. As soon as we got up to the roof we were greeted by wonderful staff. The outside was so beautiful. Inside the igloo is very warm and super comfortable not to mention the view! Justin was our main waiter for the evening and he was 5 stars ⭐ hands down! The great thing is everything is perfectly timed to come out. You get to enjoy each other’s company without too many interruptions which is a bonus! Hope to come back soon.

Its so hard to find a good restaurant here in NC. My husband and I Absolutely amazed with beautiful experience from start to finish! We had Nuci as our server. Service was so warm and friendly. The Igloo deco was Cozy and the foods are fantastic blend of creative and traditional while being absolutely delicious. I highly recommended.

This was our first time to the Patio at Unscripted for after dinner drinks with friends and it was amazing. The views were spectacular especially the sunset. The vibe is chill pool party with some people in swimsuits while others were in casual street wear. The drinks were strong and delicious. Definitely try the Frosé. It’s a sweet frozen concoction of rosé, simple syrup, and three liquors. We didn’t try the food but next time we are doing a brunch there. There’s also Drag Brunch. Yes. Please.

Experienced the igloo for my birthday last year! This is a place to visit if you want to have an unforgettable experience. The views of downtown Durham are excellent. Can't wait to go back!

We spent a very enjoyable afternoon at the pool. Food and service was superb. I was a bit taken back by some of the other guests open affection with their partners. There were some children in the pool and I was appalled that the staff didn't say anything to them. It was rather awkward for us.

This place was so much fun. We've been here a number of times but recently got to experience the igloos. Great experience. The wait staff was a little slow but the experience was well worth it. You have to have a reservation and it can be a little tough to get one so look early.

Has a great retro feel of an old time motel pool bar. Durham has some unique hotels in the downtown, this being one of them. With the pool and band stage, there are limited tables on busy nights. But the band & drink special made for a night of fun. It had a menu but we had other dinner plans.

Great view and bartender were amazing drinks and food are kind of pricey. Definitely a great place to relax.

My friend made reservations for this spot about a month in advance but it was well worth the wait. The staff was superb, the view was awesome, & our food was delicious. We were able to see the sun set from our igloo which included a Bluetooth speaker, clean & comfy sofas, & small heater. My friend made our next reservation while we were eating & we plan to take other friends next time. I highly recommend the short ribs! Shoutout to our kind, attentive waiter Jamie & awesome hostess Tamryn (I'm sure I butchered that); yall were awesome.

When we made our reservation, we made it with a Gentleman named Matthew through Conversation on Phone. Guaranteed we had our reservation for Dec 3rd at 7pm. We traveled over 180 miles to stay at unscripted just to have dinner in a Igloo with my husband as a Christmas gift to each other. We get dressed go to the patio for dinner only to find out that we didn't have a reservation. So upsetting when the lady over the patio says our name is not down and they are full. She had tried calling Matthew,, no answer.. Said we were welcome to have some drinks at the bar on her, said if they had a cancel they would try to work us in, but could not take a reservation from patrons. I get that. So we sat at the bar we had to wait an hour to see if we would be able to get an Igloo. 8pm the lady over the patio said we have u a Igloo. I was so happy. I hate I cannot remember her name, but she was so kind even took care of our entire bill. I was so upset with the Gentleman who supposedly took our reservation, but we ended up having a great evening and shown alot of kindness through the Staff.

Hidden gem in downtown Durham. It’s a little hard to find as there were no signs at street level. You have to go into the lobby of the Unscripted hotel and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Once you’re there though, amazing atmosphere with great tunes, a pool, bar, and plenty of outdoor seating. We were there for brunch and had their daily special (short ribs over breakfast potatoes with a poached egg mmmm!). Drinks were great as well.

My girlfriends & I had the best time at The Patio. The Frosé drinks were fantastic, salads were extremely fresh, the poké bowl was great & the guacamole/salsa combo were delicious. The pool itself was very refreshing & everyone was super friendly. Sonny the server was so nice and even found us at the pool to serve our drinks. We got there around 1 pm—not too crowded at all. Between 3-4 pm the patio was packed, but very manageable.

The bar is set on the side, and they offer a pretty nice-looking menu and plenty of drink options. I can't speak to the food, but the cocktails were incredible. I opted for the Summer Buzz, and while pricey, was one of the best cocktails I've gotten in Durham - hands down.

Great food, great music, super fun atmosphere. It's a little pricey so make sure you're prepared for that. I recommend renting the patio seating areas, seats 10 guests. For a few hours, $300 goes to your overall bill for food and drinks. You'll go through that in no time with drinks alone. Pre-covid we came here every SundayFunday. And you don't have to be a guest to go.

After hearing positive reviews forever, we finally got a chance to check out The Patio at Unscripted. Even on a chilly night in a pandemic, it was a good atmosphere. Our server Matt and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were just there for a drink and dessert, which was delicious, and will surely be back to try the main entrees.

I attended a company holiday party there and it was a great setting. Fire pits by the lounge chairs, igloos for eating in and good drinks and food to go with them.

Stopped by here while waiting for our table at M Kokko, which is just a few steps away - laid back setup, overlooking the central square. The place was super busy as part of the Art of Cool festival

Great environment! Welcoming with a mature crowd. Drinks are a little pricy but the room deals are worth it.
