Prestige Ford Inc Service

We had my husband's vehicle in for service a week ago and things have definitely improved from past experience there. I was very happy with the new staff and how they helped resolve any issues. The car is out of the shop and runs beautiful. Thank you!

was a nice experience. the lady was new did what she could, she told.me that the place was put in and Her college didn't! Not her fault, need to go back for the new piece.

My car runs good after they fix it , they help me with a rental untill they fix it.

Appt time means nothing. Simple oil change and waited an hour and half before they even started. No communication that it would take that long. Inconsiderate of customers time. I understand busy but be honest!

Brought my truck in this morning for service. Nobody has called at all. Haven’t had any correspondence. I’ve called their location probably 9 times today to get someone to give me something of an update. But nothing. Passed along over and over and no answer. Please, for the love, give me a freaking update or call.

Too bad I cant give a Zero. Came on weekend and Service MGR tells me to come Monday morning at 730 to get oil change and look at check engine light. I see car pulled back to lot at 930ish. I go to ask if they are done and MGR says no they are going to look at the codes. I go back inside grab my laptop and go in my truck to do work. 1130 i go and ask if my car is done. Guy doing paperwork says "oh yeah" let me print the receipt at the cashier. I guess if I didnt say anything i could have stayed there all day.

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. My car has been ready for over a hour. Whoever is in charge of getting the paperwork to the cashier hasn't bothered to turn it in yet.

Wanted to bring my F150 for service. Call the Service department for 6 hours today. Was directed to the cashiers voicemail. No one answered the phones in Service.

Over priced on parts. Labor 15 minutes charged me 197.00 and 160.00 diagnostic. What a crock of ❌❌❌❌. Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. Total RIP off.

for the second time I go for a service and my truck is damaged I tried to talk to the CLEVE THOMAS service manager and he told me that he would not be responsible for the damage ignoring him which showed him a very bad attitude of the service manager please look at his car before pay for the service

they broke a plastic that goes on the fender of the tire and they cut my tire are photos in the daller
