Great Jeep buying experience. Asmaa was extremely helpful, responsive and kind. She made the car buying process super easy and quick. Once we agreed on price she held the vehicle for a small deposit until I could arrive several days later as I was traveling from another state. When I arrived she had everything ready to go for me.. I probably was only in the dealership for less than a hour.

We looked all over for a dealership that would treat us right and work with us on price so it would be affordable and we finally found Flagler Dodge in Palm Coast, FL. We came all the way from SW FL to acquire our beautiful new Dodge Charger. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was not only professional but friendly and cognizant of our needs and valued our time as well. When we came to pick up the car, it was in the showroom covered and they did an amazing unveil for our benefit. They took care of all the paperwork including the DMV work and the business manager handled the signing of the voluminous paperwork required by the law and lastly, a lovely young lady sat down and patiently took us through the amazing technology in the car so we were as confident as we were able to be as to how it all worked and how it was all inter-related. We drove away with smiles and drove all the way back to SWFL to our home for a total of 300 miles. We wish they were closer so that we could return for service as we have a sneaking suspicion the same care and trust would be evident with the service and parts folks. I was headed to Orlando to shop for a Jeep and stopped at Flagler CDJR on a whim. BEST move ever. My salesperson Kevin was very kind, accommodating, and worked out a deal I simply couldn’t refuse. The larger cities might have a more varied selection, but I promise that the customer service and “service after the sale” is second to none at this dealership. Kevin even texted me yesterday just to ensure that I was still happy with my Jeep and that all was going well. We came in to purchase a Jeep a little over a year ago but decided too wait for the new body.
A year later we came in to buy a fully loaded yellow Jeep Rubicon but could not find one ANYWHERE!
As a result we had to order one, while I was skeptical that it would be more expensive to purchase that way BOY WAS I WRONG! First of all the we ended up purchasing the vehicle at an EXCELLENT price, and we were lucky to have it delivered in 4 weeks!
The Sales staff was absolutely awesome, virtually everyone we dealt with went above and beyond for us, and the rate we got was also incredible!

Honestly if you are thinking of buying a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep I would honestly drive across the country to deal with these guys! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Drove from Raleigh NC to Florida yesterday to pick up a used 3500 Ram. We have all probably had bad experiences with car dealerships. Wow!! I surprised to have one of the most knowledgeable "Young" sales guys I have ever met. ( I am 60 year old grandfather on my 30 something vehicle) Adam was just great in every way. My truck was ready. He took care of every detail and got me back in the road in less than 2 hours. Could not be happier with the experience with Adam. Make sure to ask for Adam when you come in. You too will be impressed!!

I brought my car in to get fixed for recalls. Let me tell you- I was not expecting to have to leave my car there for the entire day and I had my little baby with me. The staff was SO friendly and kind! The dealership offers a free shuttle service and drove me and my child back home while my car got worked on! This was so convenient and easy. Jack the shuttle driver was so sweet and I really enjoyed his company. I truly appreciated how easy they made this experience for me and will definitely recommend them/use them for future services!

So I came in to see a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I looked it over, test drove it and fell in love with it. Very very clean, car had everything I would want and was presented very well. I came in late and we could not initially agree on terms that night. The very next morning, Kevin reached out to me and did everything he could to get me back and ultimately sold me the Jeep. He was extremely professional, very nice and I felt no pressure at all. He genuinely wanted me to be happy with this purchase and I couldn't be anymore happy with it. I've bought probably 6 or 7 cars now and this was hands down the best experience, once Kevin took over. Also thanks to Raemon (Manager) for finalizing the deal.

Don't pay attention to the 3.8 and maybe timing is everything. My wife and i made the sort trip to get our new JL. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our sales rep Ralph was amazing and Adam, the finance manager was awesome! This truly is a mom and pop dealership. If they have what you're looking for give them a chance. Our experience was great! Very quick and easy process. I knew what I wanted (Dodge Charger ) so it was an easy sale for the friendly staff. Bill made it convenient through texting as I did not have a lot of time to spare and the paperwork was prepared before I got in to sign. I feel I got a great deal on my purchase...can't beat 0% financing ! Would recommend going out there and checking them out ! Right off 95 so very easy to get to...
