I purchased an item online. It had a discount that was expiring that day. I also had a merchandise credit. I couldn’t use the latter online. On top of all of this my purchased item was “drive up pick up.”

When I explained it to the representative, he was super nice invited me inside the store to return the item, honor the discount, re-ring my purchase, looked for a price match possibility, applied my merchandise credit, and I was on my way.

All super fast and with a smile!

The service to return the item I purchased was very simple. The person that helped me was extremely pleasant and professional. I didn’t have to wait long one person ahead of me. It went very smoothly. I Preferred to purchase the size correctly, but since I had a return the item it wasn’t long to do.

Target has great products and good prices. Employees are friendly ,always happy to help out if needed. Great customer service no matter return or exchange of products, they are always willing to help. Thanks again!

My favorite shopping spot! I do pickup orders from Target 🎯! Did you know they now delivery you Starbucks order to your vehicle with the pick up order!!!??? I now have to figure out how to earn my points from Starbucks when placing orders like this!

Wanted to leave a review for three of your employees....Janice, Daniel and Cody, Techs in the electronics dept. I had bought a cell phone online and picked it up at Target. I went to the electronics dept. to purchase a sim card for the phone. One of the techs, Janice, offered to activate the phone for me. She ran into numerous problems trying to switch my service from Tracfone to Consumer Cellular, all due to the incompetence of the Tracfone people. She literally tried for hours and the people at Tracfone kept hanging up on her. I finally had to leave, but went back the next day. Janice was not working that day and I was helped by Daniel and Cody. Daniel called Tracfone, and again, they hung up on him several times. He then called the Consumer Cellular Corporate office and the woman he spoke to helped to activate my phone. Finally!! Again, this all took place over a period of hours. These Target employees went way above and beyond to help me. I thank them for their friendly attitude, their technical knowledge and most of all their patience!! I would have given them at least 10 stars if I could!!

I love Target especially for their order on line and pick up service. They can provide substitutions and my order is always ready pretty quickly. I use their service alot for when I order cases of bottled water because it saves my back.

Scheduled a pickup and the items were on their way out to me the moment I arrived. The young man that brought them was friendly and polite. Very satisfied!

This store is great! All the employees are so nice and helpful and this store including the bathrooms are so clean and organized.

Over the years I have rarely gone to Target. It's always been a great store, but nothing really taking me there.
I have recently come into gift cards, that with the App.... Love it..

This is a really well run Target. I have been a few times so helpful and polite. Things are so bad out there now I am doing my best to let businesses know when they are great. Joelea I think was her name today so nice and helpful. :). Also today they helped me load up a bunch of big items. So nice and friendly.

The Target app is easy to navigate. Drive-up pick-up is extremely fast. And circle rewards are the icing on the cake.

I was shopping in Target today. I was having a hard time locating a few items. I was approached by a friendly young lady named Alexis .
Alexis directed me to the locations to find the products I was looking for . She was very accurate & I found what I was looking for.
Upon arriving to the check out Alexis greeted us again & welcomed us to the register. She asked if I found the items she directed me to. She also helped me with the Target app on my phone so that I could use my points towards my purchases.
Alexis has exceptional customer service skills . She didn’t make us feel like we were inconveniencing her .
She definitely make our shopping experience positive !
