Mr Kenny and Mr. Cade have excellent customer service skills. They helped answer any questions I had quickly and were very knowledgeable. Great customer service skills as a whole at this store. The store was very well organized and easy to navigate

Kenny The New Manager at this store location is not only professional but definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! He is by far an asset to this establishment; And is Not Bare Minimum which is hard to come by these days!

I like to support local businesses and this is definitely one of my tops. i wouldn’t have said this a year ago but since then they have done nothing but show me professional courtesy and knowledge. It’s my go to place and a breath of fresh air compared to Lowes. They have exceeded my expectations and really came along way in customer service. Im proud to call them my local Hardware store .

I was searching around for some specific electrical boxes that none of the other stores had. The staff went above and beyond on the phone for me to ensure they had them in stock before we drove up to Mt. Dora to get them. This is the difference of a local store compared to the big box stores that just don’t care. Five stars all the way for this experience and I thank you for making me feel important.

I visited Mt Dora Ace Hardware to get what I needed to clean my house and shed . I had some questions about detergents that could be used with a pressure washer . Young Tayler stepped up and delivered with awesome service and a smile . Kylie set me up with my ace rewards card and I am sure to wear that card out . Awesome experience !!!!

Great experience and wonderful help from the first minute I walked in with needing a piece of glass cut and Dave who helped me was Awesome!! It was Great having a salesman pretty much right there to help you with what you need or answer any questions you may have.

I went in looking for an item that they don't carry. The entire staff was extremely helpful in helping find out that they don't carry the item that I was looking for. I would recommend this location for those who are interested in buying an item that they do carry.
