El Trio Loco

What a treat on the coast! They have the best fajitas. They marinate the onions, peppers,and mushrooms in this wonderful bright marinade. It comes out sizzling with your choice of protein, we always get chicken or shrimp. The corn tortillas are soft and delicious. Service is warm and kind. Photo below is a shrimp tostada, which is also fantastic. We will be back!

I drove 10 minutes in the opposite direction just to try this restaurant since it had over 4 stars.
Since we entered the restaurant, they were so friendly and always went an extra mile on the service.
The food was great, and the service was absolutely 5 stars.

Amazing food & cocktails! Molcejete was superb, pretty large & could easily be shared with two (with an appetizer). So good we returned again 2 days later for more!

Our first time at this restaurant and what a great experience. Everyone was super friendly. All our food was delicious. My son ordered a bean and cheese burrito but it came with sauce on it. The owner ? saw that he didn't like sauce, and immediately offered to get him a plain one. A new one was out in 5 minutes. My son was grateful for that. And devoured it!
Plus it was his birthday, so that made it even more special. Thanks again El Trio Loco. We will return for sure.

I always look for great Mexican restaurants. This was one of the best. Definitely would love to come back and eat there again for sure. 5 star

Best mexican food on the coast!! Service is always great and the food never disappoints we have enjoyed meals at the restaurant great atmosphere but often get food to go and enjoy it at home. They do have 2 locations my family has only been to the Gearheart location but there is one in Manzanita as well!

What a great restaurant to stumble by on our Road Trip. Everyone was extremely friendly, the service was very quick, the portions were very generous, and the prices were super fair. I wish I had this place in Calgary!

Let me start off by saying that the service at this restaurant is very welcoming and has super friendly/nice staff.
I originally intended on just getting something more snacked sized to eat but everything looked really good. I normally choose carne asada meat but went with chicken this time and it was actually pretty good. Also, this place definitely serves some pretty close authentic Mexican cuisine here so even more awesome. I will definitely be coming back here in the future 😊

Delicious! The designs painted on the booths looked very fresh. Service was outstanding and very friendly and not intrusive. Chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was delicious. I had the Enchiladas Bandara (one each chicken, ground beef, shredded beef) and my partner ordered the steak fajita nachos. HUGE very hot plates of food. We left very full. We didn't have any alcohol, so I can't comment on the Margaritas. They offer take out, too! We will absolutely be back. Top notch Mexican food in Gearhart!
04/2024 - still very good, although the shredded beef was a little tough and chewy tonight.

My favorite close to home restaurant. I really like chillirelenos and picodecyo, They make a good fresh meal everytime.

Super good, huge portions and fairly priced. Free chips and salsa and they’re very good. It’s hard to find good places to eat around here and this restaurant did not disappoint!

Great food, I love their seafood dishes. Camarones a la diabla is my go to. Desserts are also great at Trío.

The atmosphere was awesome nice staff great drinks awesome array of food items great decor mildly expensive

Drinks(waters) are hands down the best I've ever had, not even my nana can make them taste like this(sorry nana). The Carne Asada is filleted at a perfect cut. Chicken is seasoned beyond great taste. Received beans are fried with "Manteca" not like most places. The tamales are some of the best. Truly guys, I know what Mexican food should taste like and this is better than that benchmark.

This has a cozy, warm atmosphere with Booths! And the Mexiican music is not too loud. The food is very good. I chose the Chile Rellano because they do not make it with eggs...and I was not disappointed!

This place never disappoints. Great food and drinks. On point service. I make it a point to eat here when I pass through this aeria.

I ordered take out during this Corona shut down and the take out was off the hook! Definitely my go to when it comes to authentic Mexican food!every time I eat at El Trio Loco it is off the hook sapurb!
