Built a home with Lennar and we were outside the warranty time period. We had a problem with our glass shower door and Louisville Glass didnt care about the warranty time period and fixed the problem free of charge! This is a unicorn company...one that truly does stand by their work. It was so refreshing to see. I would now recommend them to anyone that asks!!! I had Louisville Glass do a sliding shower door in my newly finished basement bathroom. I loved it, so I also had them replace our master bathroom shower glass and re-screen our patio sliding door. Each interaction and transaction was smooth. The installers were fast, polite, and did a great job. Plus they cleaned up?! Good luck finding any contractor that checks all those boxes.

They've even been so kind as to have a technician come fix an alignment issue with a glass shower door that was installed by my builder (not them!) and did it free of charge. Would definitely recommend them!!

How can anyone complain? They got this huge mirror cut, delivered, and installed in my room faster than amazon could deliver one of equal size to my home. The best part is it was about a hundred bucks cheaper and amazon wouldn’t have hung it 🤷🏼‍♂ The installers were really nice and killed it, so happy with my choice to use Louisville glass.

I had a fast, simple and helpful ballpark estimate over the phone with Louisville Glass. We didn't wind up choosing them in the end, but I did want to call out the consultative approach -- he asked many questions about our window and seems to know his stuff. Far more than most service providers. I'm sure we'll do business with them down the road.

Louisville Glass does amazing work and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new shower doors or mirrors! We used them for my parents frameless shower doors and it came out perfect!

I may live many miles away. Chris gave me solid advice and a solution on mounting some glass. Semi permanent at that. When it came time to remove it, the contractors had a very difficult time. The contractor said they will start to mount glass like this.

Walked in today to get a piece of glass cut. I had my estimate, expert opinion, and glass within a few minutes. The glass was wrapped up and walked out to my car. I was very pleased with the service and product provided and happy to support a small business in our community.
