I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Tommy, Hannah and the team were all great to work with. They got me a help chair sold and delivered within two days to help me greatly with my surgery recovery. This is the sixth experience we’ve had with them in the last three years and all have been great experiences. I highly recommend Brannock &Hiatt to anyone considering them.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, especially the service technician Chris who saved the day for a large family with a broken washing machine. Thank you very much for the superior service.

We drove from Colfax to Mt. Airy and purchased a new washer & dryer from these super nice people. After just a few weeks, I had a problem with my washer. The service technician drove all the way to my house just to show me how to clean the filter in the water hose which had materials from my well water. You can’t ask for any better customer service than that!

The delivery and set up guys did an awesome job. Went above and beyond to help me. This is why you buy local and not the big box stores.

Tommy, Shep, Diane and the other employee’s are wonderful! A few years ago Shep was locking up on a Saturday and took us back in for a heating element for my stove! What great customer service! Surprised to find such an excellent furniture store in small town North Carolina. While virus and mfg slowdowns have reduced inventory, loved their stuff. Value and quality with helpful staff - no pressure, just solutions.

I continue to have stellar service. I have an older refrigerator purchased at Brannock and Hiatt by the previous owner of my house, that was making strange noises right before Christmas. I was worried about my food and called service. My appliance was repaired the same day with a $22 part! You just don't get this kind of service anywhere.

I highly recommend them. I have bought living room furniture, my basement furniture, a woodstove and a Big Green Egg. They have always been great to work with and always make sure I'm happy.
