I dropped in here randomly to pick up a bulb and some new wipers. The staff was amazing--very helpful, very friendly! It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an auto parts store tbh. I will definitely be stopping there for my next auto need!

Needed a battery to fit my utv. It was a hard to find older battery. Staff member helped to find a suitable replacement. Price was reasonable as well.

Great guys. My new part had a defect that had nothing to do with advance, clearly a manufacturing issue, but they swapped it out no questions asked and apologized repeatedly even though it wasn't their fault.

Butch was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me. I ran into a car problem in the middle of a trip, an hour from my destination, and it was so nice to have a friendly person who was eager to help in what was a really inconvenient situation.

My four year old son and I broke down and ended up in the advanced auto parts parking lot. When the doors opened at advance auto parts and we met the nicest person in the world Ernie robidoux. He made sure we had all of the tools we needed to change out the alternator and batteries. He double checked the stock alternator to make sure they had the correct one in stock before I pulled the old one off. He checked on us every twenty minutes just to make sure we had everything. He was able to save us some money also with promotions. Every advanced auto parts needs an Ernie in their store. I sure did appreciate everything thing he did for us

This parts store has everything a do it yourselfer needs. If they don't have the part, they can usually get it from the warehouse over night. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. It's a good place to shop.

Staff here is always polite and very friendly towards customers who don't know much about their car, they always take the time to explain the specific part you need and give you a range of prices instead of just telling you the highest price, for example, if you are buying brake pads they will tell you the cheapest brake pad price and the most expensive so you can go from there

Was impressed with knowledge in resolving an issue with my vehicle using coolant. Prior to doing anything your service rep lent me a radiator pressure tester. I appreciate your service.

Big man at the counter not only knows parts but he knows what's going on in your motor. Dont believe me go ask him . About your problem. Hes good advise. I give him 6 stars.

Well I went there to get the reverse lights and my signal lights and I really thank God for the technician that was behind the counter she made it what I have a 2-year warranty and she made me feel like I knew what I was talking about whenever reality she knew that I didn't
