I bought a car from zimmys a while ago its a 96 Toyota Carolla! It had close about 96 thousand miles on it or so. It runs great and I’ve never had any issues!! I’ve put about 15-16 thousand miles on it and all I hav done to it is upkeep!!! It was definitely I good buy!!! Also the people at zimmys are really great people!! They are friendly and helpful!!

I would be careful of this place. I bought a 2002 Hyundai Accent there with 83,000 miles on it. I got it for a cheap price, but was told it was in good condition. However, the same day as purchasing it I found out that gas can not be put into the gas tank directly without the pump shutting off every few seconds. It has air in the gas tank that makes getting $15 in gas a 10 minute process. I was never told of this issue. Driving it on the way home the check engine light instantly came on, and within a week of driving it a very loud knocking sound started in the back of the car that no one has been able to identify the problem of. This is as well as the flex pipe having a crack in it that made the muffler quickly become very loud. On top of that the dash light fuse must be bad, because the dash lights barely ever come on. I also had to fix the brakes on all tires as well as the rotors. I feel like most of these were problems that I should have been made aware of before purchasing the car, but of course I was told it had no problems they were knew of. All of these problems happened within a week of purchasing the vehicle. Apparently "It is a good durable car." I disagree and I am not happy with how dishonest I feel they were with me.

I bought a car fir about 5000 here. I still have temp tags on this car and the engine blew!! I called these people and the most they could say is theyre sorry they cannot predict the future! Not only that but the day after i bought this car i was driving to work and a tire popped! Took it to Snyder tire and they informed me all 4 of the rims are completely bent and my tires would continue to pop until I get new rims! I would not spend your hard working money here! They are not going to help you when it comes to them selling you a lemon car! I'm thankful my kids wherent with me when the engine blew on the high way! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! They seem extremely nice and caring but they are just wanting to make a quick buck!

I bought a truck from Zimmy & they acknowledged that the 4wheel drive wasn't working...i told them that was fine..i will fix because they told me about it...drove the truck home & realized the gas tank had a leak..when husband took to work next morning the headlights wouldn't work..STILL WE FIGURED ..OK WE WILL FIX..on his way home from work( first day the truck was driven)..the transmission went out ..leaving husband on side if road! I had to have truck towed to a garage...going to cost another 1200 dollars....we went to Zimmy & I did SQUEEZE 450.00 out of them...but now I'm without a vehicle again until transmission is replaced!! I will never get another vehicle from them & don't recommend them UNLESS YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE TO GET CHECKED BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM!
