Was very rude when I called about a friend's cremation remain..he will not send out the ashes to family...he yelled at me and then hung up on me

YeeHaw...what a Hillbilly excuse for a funeral home. No toilet paper, no guest sign in light for guest register's, road/parking is half grass half patch paved, no coffee, water or even STAFF!
FOLDING medal CHAIRS ....dirty and needs updated severely.
Highly disappointed.
