Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens

The day before memorial Day the cemetery looked like a hay field. I put flowers on both sides of the cemetery on different graves. There are at least a dozen dead pine trees on the circle side of the cemetery they have been there for at least 7 or 8 years now at least. You call them they do not answer the phone and they do not call you back. Why do they even have a phone number. Everybody that has a gravesite over there has paid money for them to keep this up they are not doing it I don't know if there's anybody that can be contacted but somebody needs to do something.

I did what they ask and sent them an email the same day that they asked me to with my name my phone number my email address guess what I have heard nothing. Their customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers they could be at least a little caring and answer the phone or give a forwarding phone number. I do not understand how you run a business this way.

Since then I've been contacted by a regional manager and he took care of grave marker. He is also in the process of getting the dead trees taken out.

Ordered a marker months ago and it's still not on the grave. I was told the marker has been at the cemetery for about a month.

I have never in my life dealt with so many incompetent people in one company. We paid for my mothers headstone on July 5 of this year and the order was never placed until November 2. We were told it would be eight weeks when we purchased it. So now I have been informed that it will not be ready until maybe February of next year. I literally had to call the company that make the headstone to see when the order was indeed placed. I have spent 2 weeks of my time trying to get a straight answer from this company. I get the same answer that it’s within company standards. Unfortunately I paid full price in July and then it wasn’t ordered until November and I’m sorry but it almost seems like the funds were misappropriated.

Not a place where I'll be buried in. 2008 when my dad died they bugged me to buy in. I ask and filed a work order to have my grandparents stone raised up out of the one foot hole. They called for a year to get me to buy in but to this day 12/5/2020 the head stone has sunk even more. Perpetual care not even close. Save your money have your family look at other alternatives. Plus when we buried my mom in 2016 the workers chipped their head stone and it's not level and my fathers veterans marker is crooked and sunk. All you had to do was your job. Its all about taking no give. Until this is resolved I will not consider this place at all. Totally disappointed

Loved one passed April 2021, everything paid in advance. Tombstone was already there at the cemetery pre-bought, only thing needed was to add the death date. The death plate has not been added, all it requires is two screws to put it into place. All I get is the runaround, terrible customer service.

I was just at the cemetery and it looks terrible! Driving in is nothing but weeds you can hardly see the bridge! This disgusting! I remember when the lawn along the creek was mowed and week eaten. Horrible that you bring your loved ones through a weed over grown entrance…. You have the money for lawn care!
