I purchased a nespresso Venturo plus machine, Marked as new in damaged box with a milk frother. I got it home to find that it was a used machine. It had no instructions, no frother and a remaining pod in it that had molded. When I reached out she called me a liar. She immediately deleted the listing from FB marketplace. I reported the listing. I would not purchase anything from this store. She keeps saying they test everything, but if they had they would have found this old gross pod. I’m not trying to get a refund. I just wanted her to know it was used. Instead of apologizing or offering a resolution she accused me of lying. She also didn’t offer for me to open it in the store when I asked if it was just a damaged box. Description on the post on FB said milk frother, the box did not. This place is a glorified garage sale. Don’t waste your time shopping there.
