Lowe’s gets 5 stars this trip because of the nice girl out in lawn and garden. Had a rough week and just casually chatting with her made a huge difference and was all I needed. Didn’t get her name but she did work another job and worked nights and weekends for Lowe’s.

Ordered a curbside order and it was fast friendly service. Thank you Megan for making our families pick-up experience a wonderful one. Great customer service skills and our order was out in less then a minute. 🏆

Great customer service, called when I was on my way since it was around 8 and asked if they could have a dryer ready for pickup in about 30 minutes, they had no problem doing that instead of going through the hassle of finding someone and waiting for them when I got there, I was loaded up within 20 minutes of getting there

Found almost everything i needed. Store employee who was handicapped in a wheel chair was more helpful and tended to all my needs better than anyone at any store ever has. This gentleman deserves recognition for excellent customer service.

Ordered a refrigerator online from Lowe’s. They texted me and scheduled a delivery date and time. I waited all day and no one showed. Spent 2 hours on hold with different people and no one could help me. Extremely upset! Went to Lowe’s Zanesville location. They were understanding and caring. From staff at service desk to manager. We’re able to get me better refrigerator for less money after all I had been put thru, by website. I am very happy now. And I thank the people that work there. If I need anything else. I will go to store and order there.

I would like to take a moment and Thank Christina in seasonal department at Zanesville, Ohio Lowes. Christina went above and beyond with her customer service to help me with a new riding mower. I would suggest any need you may have go see Christina. Thank you again as long as your their I will be back A÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷

Growing up I always loved Home Depot, but if you walk into Lowe's lately the store is set up to have a way more customer service friendly experience.

This is the Lowes that we go to for Christmas decorations and other stuff that our local Lowes does not have for whatever reason.
The store is nice and clean, well lit and has a good selection of what you're looking for. They had my item I was hoping for and some beautiful poinsettias as well.

We were looking at table saws today. Greg (Vietnam vet) in the tool dept was very helpful. Thank you for your service!

Jon in the tools dept was extremely helpful! Went the extra mile to help me match up a piece for my husband's tool box. In a time where everyone seems to be stressed and frustrated, it’s refreshing to have people like him still caring about customer service.

Top of the line products, huge selection. Most of all you don't have a annoying employee that bugs you ever 3 seconds. Can i help you? Can i help you? Blahh. All yea.....prices are pretty good to. Apply for a credit card if your gonna pay the bill. If not then go to home depot.
