I was very disappointed with my experience with TCA. I placed the order for a robe on January 30. When the robe finally arrived in May- it was not right. The front panels did not match- it was clear two different styles were used. The back cording didn’t lay down properly. Sent it back with assurances they’d make it right or make a new one. Received the robe back again and the stitching was off and didn’t lay down properly- clearly different than the opposite side. The company refused to remake the robe and simply issued a refund that I had to follow up for. They claimed issues in getting staff but the company is still taking new orders. I don’t understand how that matches up. Now, I’m 6mos in and still no robe and I have to start all over. Don’t be fooled by how long they’ve been in business. Not a good experience at all.
