Did good work. Checked the car and took pictures of any issues they found and sent it to me so I could make the call to fix the problems they came across. Nice price on tires also.

This is the 2nd time I have had new tires put on my cars.
They are extremely easy to work with.
You can even search their inventory online to make sure your tires are in stock.
Simple stop off and pick up later same day.
Prices are reasonable and customer service is friendly.
Can't ask for more

Great people. I was in town taking care of an ill parent and needed my tires taken care of before an 8 hour drive home. They were able to work my car into their busy day so I could get home safely. Can't put a price tag on that kind of courtesy.

This place was outstanding! I blew a tire traveling across Ohio on the 80/90 toll road when I blew a tire. After several attempts to find someone to help me out Vans answered the call. They found a way to take care of me as soon as I got to their location, and pricing was much more affordable than I could have found at home. All the way around, they are a 5 star operation, thank you Vans!

They were very friendly when scheduling. Then when showing up to have the oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle they were nice and prompt on getting the work done. Definitely recommend!

I generally don’t make a habit of giving reviews But this place, definitely earns five stars without a doubt. They priced matched a competitor that doesn’t have near the service and/or warranties. They did such a great job with my wife’s truck tires ( pricing and inspecting vehicle ) that I ordered a set of tires for my truck and have them check the front end alignment on my El Camino ( which is my baby ). Friendly, personable, “honest”, and professional people.

Everything went well. The front desk was nice and interacted with my daughter like she was his own. The tech got us in and out fairly quickly for new tires. The after report that is emailed and texted is nice to have. The only thing I did not like is the 3% surcharge on credit cards. This should not be in place on large purchases like this, especially since the world is moving to a cashless society.

The gentleman that helped me was very patient and polite. They changed my tire quickly and had the best prices. Everything went so well that I’ll be taking my car back for a few other things. Thanks for making the transaction smooth.

P.S. If you have anxiety/social anxiety this is the place to be! I didn’t feel judged nor rushed. It was one of the calmest I’ve been in a new place. Thanks again, see you all soon.

Pricing was great when compared to other companies but the service was even better. It's rare to leave a mechanic or service shop pleased after paying.

Will absolutely be back for future service and tire needs.

My vehicle was taken at the scheduled time. Appointed service was completed within 1 hour. All contracts were both personal and professional. Will return when any services are needed.

Jeep went in to get Alignment it done. They found some issues. They fixed them in very timely manner. Excellent service will bring my vehicles to them for now on.

Easy process. Set it up on line with minimal effort. During drop off and pickup, I was greeted quickly and felt welcome employees are awesome. Went over the inspection and what they found. Offered some up sale items with no pressure. Positive experience, highly recommend.
