The salesman that waited on us was wonderful! He helped us get our new phone set up, made sure our blue tooth and my Apple Watch were all linked. His name was Raymond and because of him I will go there again and recommend him to our friends.

The team at this store are fantastic! Both of the reps were very knowledgeable and friendly. I upgraded a phone on a trade in offer, they set my new phone up, screen protectors and case and we were in and out in about an hour :)

Imma tell all the people to go to her because she knows her stuff. The store looks fantastic since the last time I was here. I like it. I waited like 5 minutes but that's cool.

I first went to Verizon Help, but they couldn’t resolve my issue. A supervisor was supposed to call me back to help, but I never got that call. So, I went to this store and she fixed everything!! AND I upgraded to an IPhone 13!!! My lousy day couldn’t have ended any better. I just wish I could remember the name of the young lady who was so darn helpful!!!!

Everyone was friendly, greeted me when I walked in. Kevin was very helpful, he set me up with 2 new phones, he answered all my questions. I drove from Sandusky to go there because I heard they were helpful there and they were right. I will definitely recommend this place to people I know.

My husband and I had the best experience in your store yesterday. The staff is very educated and answered all of our questions. They were polite and a lot of fun, which made the time go fast. We want to thank Wireless Consultant Heaven Cassidy for setting us up wth the best plan.
