Keller International

We are upgrading our salon chairs and we decided to use Keller International Salon Equipment for our upgrade. Kelly was our representative that went the extra mile to assure our satisfaction was complete. First she offered to send fabric swatches and upon arrival we were still unsure so after another chat with her on the phone she came up with a brilliant idea to take a few snap shots of the chairs we were interested in with different lighting.These extra photos made our choice so much easier! I order my chair from Keller almost two years ago. I love it, but unfortunately it started leaking fluid from the pump. I ended up reaching out to the company to try to get this fixed. Brandon and Kelly were the ones to help me out. Brandon responded to my email within a few hours. They were able to send me out a new pump to replace my old one at no cost to me. This company takes excellent care of their clients. I will continue to use Keller for all my salon equipment needs.

If you want high quality barber chairs and furniture for your shop the Keller is a one stop shop. I pretty much looked at every website there is for barber chairs and nobody else comes close. The chairs are solid and heavy unlike the other companies and they look elegant as well. I’ve had seven chairs for almost five years and they still look great. I recently purchased two more chairs and some furniture for my shop and I’ll continue to use Keller in the future. All of their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon is great and always responds to my emails very quickly. Highly recommend!

I have ordered two chairs from Keller International and they are indeed super comfortable and very well made and most important..heavy. Worth every dime I promise! I will 100% place another order when my older chairs are ready to go. Besides the chair, their costumer service is impeccable. When I had question and/or concerns, Tracy is my go to person. Update:It’s been some time since I’ve had my chair and I’ve been loving it. I have something defective with my hydraulic pump and Tracy and Kelly went above and beyond to help me replace it. Their customer service is phenomenal and I couldn’t be any more appreciative. I will forever be grateful to this company and appreciative of their true customer service. I now have the chair, the gold color rack and the floor mat from Keller!

Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Purchased the Denver chair with a small defect. They immediately sent a replacement at no cost. I love my new chair as well. It is incredibly comfortable, easy to clean, and I love that the base goes a bit lower than my previous chair. Can't reccomend this company enough. I ordered a chair for my suite from Keller and I’m extremely happy with the quality and style of the chair, as well as my experience with the company. When I initially received my order there was a part that was missing so I inquired about the missing part and spoke with Samantha K. She was super helpful and had my missing part shipped out right away, I received it within days of the inquiry. I will definitely be ordering from this company for any of my future salon needs!

Tracy at Keller has been wonderful! I bought a shampoo bowl and styling chair for my new suite, and had a few faulty issues with the chair ever since purchase. Tracy helped right away with getting my claim started and getting a replacement chair sent out. Within a week they tested the new chair to make sure everything was working properly, shipped it, and had it delivered. I was able to fix my chair extremely quickly due to Tracy’s amazing customer service that she provided! Highly recommend using Keller, they are so amazing and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

I absolutely love my new pink salon chairs!! They are very comfortable, sturdy and look amazing in my salon. I also would highly recommend Keller International not only because they have amazing products but stellar customer service. I had some shipping issues with the shipping company and contact Keller and the customer service specialist, Kelly Sevor was absolutely AMAZING, one of my packages went missing and when it couldn’t be located she had a new one shipped out that same day and checked in with me with updates about my shipment. When my package arrived I had issues with one of the seats and she promptly took care of the issue and is sending a new one to me. I am 1000% satisfied with Keller and Kelly and will be buying all my salon equipment from them For life💗
