Always helpful crew here. Knowledgeable and respectful. So much variety in products! Also wasn’t oversold on considering I was picky with what I wanted and how much I could spend. I’d go back!

Don't listen to 1 star reviews I've went here multiple times and everytime the gentleman in the front helps me choose my products and know exactly where it's grown ect. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others but not one employee doesn't know the basics. They have a wide variety of products and all there cloud 9 products are grown here in ny. I don't know what the bad reviewer is talking about upcharge because there's no tax the price they say is price you pay and also works like a market where say I'm getting 3 can you give me a deal and they will . That's exactly why I love this shop and think it's better than anything else happening in ny.

Cloud9 is a very clean and organized establishment that has a wonderful staff. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Relief cream was recommended to me, so if you have muscle soreness or inflammation try it.

Cloud 9 is one of the best smoke shops I know. And when I say they have everything…. They have EVERYTHING. It’s super convenient and grate quality. You get a bang for your Buck every time.

Cloud ☁ 9 is the best smoke shop on the island 🏝 hands down. They have some of the coolest down to earth employees…. Long feet’s smile is what I look forward to seeing “every time” I go to the shop. Big sexy in the am he got the morning shift in a figure 4. Deetz & Swish are yung drip gods of the night. Make sure I drippi when u see them, all other staff is always very helpful along with management when I arrive. Can’t wait to see more of what cloud 9 has to offer. Had a absolute great exsperience at cloud 9 . Great staff very knowledgable . Found out they have a second location next door which is drive thru Concious cloud so between the 2 locations its a great variety to choose from .
