Rented it for our Christmas!! It has a huge space that easily would for 200 ppl. A good size full kitchen. Multiple stalled bathrooms. Have rented it prior and will rent again.

Local government and shared community building.

Great place for family events but they really need to put an air conditioner in.

If you rent it, it is a good enough place. Dont plan on getting your deposite money back though. We cleaned everything up after nicer than it was before we got there and never got our deposite back after many calls. We got excuses of oh they have to tslk to someone else, they are waiting on funds to be released and the check is in the mail a couple times...

I booked to have my baby shower there a month in advance and 3 days before my baby shower they inform me that they doubled book. They are not that busy that it takes over a month to tell me that that that day I wanted wasn't available. Either they are lazy or just don't care.
