5 stars. Hands down a terrific customer-focused company. We had quartz countertops made for our kitchen and a granite wood stove hearth-pad cut and installed. We live about an hour from NorthWoods Granite’s shop, and they graciously let us visit their site to pick out stone on a Saturday afternoon (during deer season nonetheless!). Their prices are perfectly reasonable, and their customer service is refreshingly pleasant and helpful. The installation crew was both respectful and cheerful. I would recommend NorthWoods Granite in a heartbeat. Kudos!

The owner was pleasant to deal with. Was patient with our questions. I can't speak to value as I have no clue what this kind of granite should cost.
He recognized that I really didn't care to much about the shopping experience, as my opinion wouldn't matter until my wife told me what my opinion should be.
