Deep Rock Collision did an amazing job on my 08 Tundra. Fairly quick turn around as well. I couldn't be happier with the work done. Highly recommend.

The people from deep rock collision were very helpful after I hit a deer on my way to work early one morning., I had to continue on to work once I got a ride but deep rock was very accommodating and informative when I had the AAA Tow drop my truck with them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

One of the best impound/collision businesses that's truthfully considerate of caring about the living situations a person's in when it comes to the being able to afford to get there vehicle out of the impound lot and being flexible and working with you on the prices, if your honest upfront and you keep them updated on what's going on will go a long way with them.. communication is always the key to most all things In life.... Needed a tow during a snow storm after a wheel sheared off while driving down the interstate.

No other company in the area would help due to the high clearance of the van. Thankfully these guys did and did so without hesitation.

The gentleman that showed up treated us like family. He was even there in under 20 minutes which is rare for a towing company these days.

Had a warranty claim for corrosion on my 18 jeep wrangler. Only two panels were being painted. The shop did a great job. I had a small dent in the hood that they didn't have to pop out, but did. I recommend them for sure!

They went above and beyond to help us out we very much appreciate it and would recommend it for everybody. They did an amazing job. They put my heart at ease at a stressful time.

We were driving home in our Jeep on Labor Day after spending the holiday weekend in Nortbern Minnesota camping. We were towing a 23' RV and had 2 adults, a child, 2 dogs & a ton of gear. All of a sudden, we heard a grinding sound and either the transmission or drive shaft went out. We were stuck near Moose Lake & still had over 100 miles to go to get home to St. Paul.

I have AAA coverage for both my vehicle and camper. So I called AAA and they dispatched David from Deep Rock Recovery & towing. We were surprised by how quickly he responded! He was literally there within 20 minutes.

He got the Jeep and RV hooked up in record time. When we called AAA, they said the driver was unable to transport us due to Coronavirus restrictions. However, David noticed our dilemma in getting home and agreed to transport us (dogs included).

We all made it safely back to St. Paul. David was so friendly, professional & courteous. He never even complained about the high level of traffic, heading back to the city after the holiday weekend.

Dave from Deep Rock Collision was awesome! Not only did he rescue the keys out of our locked truck but made several calls on our behalf to get service repairs at a nearby garage. He also advised on a great back up plan if we couldn't get immediate repairs, to help cover some of the expenses in our situation. This was all followed up with a call the next day to make sure we had gotten things taken care of. THANKS!!! He rescued our vacation!

The owner is a great and honest man. He kept me updated on parts, and once they were all in, got it fixed in less than a week. Looks as good as new and drives perfect. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

I had a vehicle stolen and impounded to this place. Marc (must be the owner) was incredibly sympathetic and incredibly loving. He negotiated price with me and when I got there he lowered the price. He is a true blessing because we were at our lowest and his compassion gave me hope for mankind again. He is a great person and I would suggest him any day of the week to have work done on my vehicle

We were headed home to Thunder Bay when my alternator went. David was friendly, professional and kept checking up on us long after his obligation was done towing us to Duluth. Recommended a mechanic that was able to look at our truck the next day on Monday. Great service!

Mark was amazing in towing us to Duluth when are car broke down about an hour away. Made a horrible situation much better with a great attitude and assistance on where to bring the car etc. Even helped make sure our Golden Retriever felt comfortable in the whole situation :-).

Overall it is always notices and appreciated when you meet someone that goes above and beyond.

My dad hit a deer with a new Chevrolet. Deep Rock Collision handled all of the repairs, and I might add, very nice people. Very professional job, with fast turnaround. They also towed the vehicle.

Diamond Dance got locked out of our truck minutes before the Askov parade was starting. Deep Rock Collision got it unlocked for us. They were our lifesavers!! We would highly recommend them to anyone! Great customer service!

a couple of years ago I bent my van's rear hatch door into a taco by colliding with a rafter..... I know - bonehead move... I took it to Mark thinking I was on the stick for a $2500 fix. He took a bar and bent it back into almost original condition save for a few minor dents. hooked up the lights and charged me $20. Anytime I ever need collision work again this is where I am going (and I have had that opportunity!)
