Menards

When I could not find a landscaper to help me reset a leaning retaining wall, I researched the materials I would need to do the job myself, I called in to Menards twice for original materials and for additional items and they helped me with courtesy, respect,and professionalism. Other in store purchases have been equally as impressive.

I ordered pipe wrap for delivery for my frozen pipes and they delivered it within 30 minutes. They saved me.

Russ in the paint department was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Never had a bad experience from here. Usually have what I'm looking for, good sales and rebates. From the few interactions I had to have with employees about some questions on a product, they were knowledgeable and willing to help.

Customer service and returns are awesome. Once bought a gas grill, did not like it after I tried it, brought it in with my receipt, and was able to return it smelling like burgers and all.

Another time I tried a few quick connects for water piping, water pressure was to high and popped them off, those too were able to be return without question and they were unusable at that point. So they definitely stand behind products and if it does not hold up they will take care of you.

Highly recommend this place based on my experiences.

This is my go to big box store. They have the best prices in town and as long as you stay on the rebates they are even better. The staff is one of the best trained in town.

Very nice! I’ve found weather radios here and I think they do well organizing this place! Christmas trees are nice during winter months, we also like the detail here.

I love Menards. There are always employees around if you need help with anything (unlike other big store brands that you can't find a single employee anywhere). The prices are slightly lower than the competition and it's simply a more welcoming environment. Store is clean and well lit. Gotta love the 11% rebates too! Yes, it does make you go back to the store, but I'm going there again anyway!!

I purchased my new kitchen cabinets here. They had the 11% rebate that I used to get a new refrigerator. I installed the cabinets myself so I saved a lot of money. Check out the wide variety of Grills they have in stock.. The employees here are very helpful.

Well I was looking for mulch. Well I asked one of the workers who was cleaning up a mess. He informed me where it was . Even when I checked out the friendly check out clerk she friendly personality made me feel good about going to your store. I will come back when I have another project thank you.

Awesome experience in the floor dept. The gentleman was a red head who has worked with Menards for 16 years. Very knowledgeable with flooring needs. Took his time and helped with all my questions. Checking out had a friendly cashier which means allot in this depressing world. Smiles are awesome. Will be back.

I just want to say thank you to Menards for selling Christmas trees at such a discount since it's do close to Christmas.. we went to Lowes and home depot and asked if they had any Christmas trees on sale and they were rude at both places and said why would they be on sale before Christmas is over? But Menards had them at HALF PRICE.. instead of just letting them all go to the garbage.. I really appreciate you helping our family out. We are a first responders family and haven't had the time time go get one as a family but we still wanted to do this for the kids since we finally had some time off together. #ChristmasSpirit

Good sales but I wish they would give veterans discounts like Lowe's and Home Depot. We get much better prices from Lowe's and home Depot on big ticket items. Appliances, flooring, roofing, siding with the 10% veterans discounts.

This Menards is filled with helpful employees if you need assistance, but the layout of the store is easy to navigate and their organization is fantastic so you'll most likely find what you're looking for right away. It is also exceptionally clean which can be uncommon in this type of store. I went in for dog toys and found them within 2 minutes, fyi.

Most of my landscaping has come from Menard's. They have a nice variety of plants and landscaping materials, as well as friendly service. They also have a great selection of Christmas decorations, and a broad variety of other household and pet items. I even got an unbeatable price on my flatwater kayak there.

I had a wonderful day over there at Menards I picked up some material and some stuff for my boss it is great just to work one person you have no frustration no hostility and he is an awesome one he has taught me a lot and is still teaching me a lot thanks to Menards for supplying the supplies and thanks for my boss for believing in me

This store always has the supplies we need whenever we need items to complete last-minute tasks.
